Ich suche jemanden, der meine 50m² große Wohnung mit mir teilen möchte. Idealerweise übernimmst du das Wohnzimmer, das momentan wie auf dem Foto eingerichtet ist. Falls du die Möbel ändern möchtest, informiere mich bitte, dann kannst du dies tun.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller Nebenkosten pauschal 700 €. Sollten die geschätzten Gas- und Stromkosten überschritten werden, musst du die Differenz bezahlen. Der Vertrag läuft zunächst über 6 Monate mit einer monatlichen Anzahlung und der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und verfügt sogar über Haushalts- und Küchengeräte. Für weitere Informationen zögere nicht, mich zu kontaktieren.

I am looking for someone to share my 50m² apartment with me. Ideally, you would take over the living room, which is currently furnished as shown in the photo. If you would like to change the furniture, please let me know and you are free to do so.
The rent is a flat rate of €700, including all utilities. If the estimated gas and electricity costs are exceeded, you will need to pay the difference. The contract initially runs for 6 months with a monthly deposit and the option for extension.
