Because my studies will end, I'll leave the room after February. The neighbourhood is a quiet family neighbourhood. Normally 3 girls live together as subtenants with the actual tenant (Mr. Norbert, 70 years old) but currently there is only one friend (who is 21 years old), me (who will be leaving the wg), and the other room is currently empty. The girls share the same bathroom, and Mr. Norbert's bathroom is in his room, so you don't use the same bathroom. You just need to use his bathroom to wash and dry your clothes. He is very kind and helpful and also open to international people as well.
The total rent, including all the bills is 510€ for my room. It directly looks at the front door and is very bright because of the first rays of the sun, but luckily there are blinds who don't like the sunshine 😂
I will move out of the country so I'll leave all the furniture, basically I'll sell it to the person who wants to rent the room, for 300€ in total. There is a double bed with a pillow, 6-shelved wardrobe, 2 other small wardrobes, one desk, and one study chair in the room.
The house is almost in the middle of Lutterrothstraße and Osterstraße U-Bahns, Osterstraße is very lively and you can find lots of markets and shopping places there. Also, in the back street of the house there are Aldi and Lidl which are 5 minutes walk distance.
You can enter on the 1st of March. You can either come to the house to see it or we can make an online call for a house tour, it's up to you.
