Helles Zimmer in 5er WG mit Kater

Mitten im Münzviertel im Repsoldhaus, 7min zum HBF, 15 nach Hammerbrook und der 112 und 3er direkt vor der Tür. U1 Steinstaße sind so 5-7min zu Fuß und am Hauptbahnhof ist man so gut angebunden, wie es nur geht. Jedoch sollte man dementsprechend mit der Gegend klarkommen, da man jeden Tag damit konfrontiert wird, es aber trotzdem auch gut umgehen kann.

In the middle of the Münzviertel in the Repsoldhaus, 7 minutes to the main station, 15 to Hammerbrook and the 112 and 3 directly in front of the door. U1 Steinstaße is a 5-7 minute walk and the main station is as well connected as it gets. However, you should be able to cope with the area accordingly, as you are confronted with it every day, but you can still get around it well.

Neben den fünf Mitbewohnis lebt hier auch Mio Mate, ein zwei Jahre alter Kater, der sich immer über Spiel- und Kuscheleinheiten freut.

Zur aktuellen Besetzung:

Angi ist in den letzten Zügen ihres Bachelor Studiums auf Lehramt, arbeitet in Ottensen in einer Bar und ist ein Bücherwürm. Sie schreibt Gedichte, kocht gerne und hat nie zwei Mal das gleiche Outfit an.

Hanah hat im Herbst ihren Master angefangen, war vorher acht Monate auf Reisen, liest gerne, probiert sich aktuell am Stricken und hat eine Vorliebe für Ordnung und Janas Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Jana studiert Gebärdensprachdolmetschen, war nach dem Abi fünf Jahre reisen, ist die Handwerkerin der WG, bringt Mio Tricks bei oder stellt die Wohnung auf den Kopf.

Melissa ist der Neuzuwachs der WG. Sie studiert Lateinamerikastudien im Master, hat immer ein Häkel- oder Strickprojekt am Start, ist gerne sportlich aktiv und versucht gerade noch, sich im Hamburg einzufinden.

Mio Mate ist WG Oberhaupt, fordert gerne Kuschel- und Spieleinheiten ein und ist sehr Menschenoffen und möchte meistens einfach dabei sein.

In addition to the five flatmates, Mio Mate, a two-year-old cat who is always happy to play and cuddle, also lives here.

About the current people living here:

Angi is in the final stages of her bachelor's degree in teaching, works in a bar in Ottensen and is a bookworm. She writes poetry, loves cooking and never wears the same outfit twice.

Hanah started her Master's degree in the fall, spent eight months traveling beforehand, enjoys reading, is currently trying her hand at knitting and has a penchant for tidiness and Jana's chocolate chip cookies.

Jana is studying sign language interpreting, traveled for 5 years after graduating from high school and is the handywoman of the flat share, teaches Mio tricks or turns the apartment upside down.

Melissa is the new addition to the flat share. She is studying Latin American Studies for her Master's degree, always has a crochet or knitting project on the go, enjoys sports and is still trying to settle into Hamburg.

Mio Mate (cat) is the head of the house, demands cuddles and play sessions and is very open to people and usually just wants to be involved.

Miete sind ca 390€, aktuell 401€, unsere Nebenkosten gehen jedoch runter also wird die Miete am Ende weniger sein.
Kaution sind 1240€
Und es gibt eine Ablöse von 300€ für Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Küche etc.

Der Mitbewohner der uns jetzt verlässt, hat ein Hochbett und eine Ebene ins Zimmer gebaut und idealerweise werden diese mit übernommen. Sie sorgen für reichlich Stauraum und mehr Bodenfläche.

Wir sind eine bunte Mischung, kommen alle wo anders her und freuen uns über jmd der/die/dey die WG bereichert, Geschichten mitbringt, Lust hat die WG aktiv mitzugestalten und einen Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandart beibehalten kann.

Du bringst WG Erfahrung mit, bist mindestens 23 und höchstens 29 Jahre alt und hast Lust auf WG-Leben, gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen und mal kochen oder einen WG-Abend zu organisieren, bist aufgeschlossen, entspannt und offene Kommunikation ist für dich kein Fremdwort, dann freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung.

Hard facts:

Move in possible on 15.02 or 01.03.

Rent is about 390€, currently 401€, but our utilities are going down so the rent will be less in the end.
Deposit is 1240€
and there is a deposit of 300€ for washing machine, fridge, kitchen etc.

The roommate who is leaving us now has built a bunk bed and a level into the room and ideally these will be taken over. They provide plenty of storage space and more floor space.

We are a colorful mix, all come from different backgrounds and are looking forward to someone who enriches the flat share, brings stories, wants to actively help shape the flat share and can maintain a standard of order and cleanliness.

If you have shared flat experience, are at least 23 and at most 29 years old and enjoy living in a shared flat, doing things together and sometimes cooking or organizing an evening in a shared flat, are open-minded, relaxed and open communication is not a foreign concept to you, then we look forward to receiving your application.
