Hi, ich bin der Vermieter einer ruhigen und gepflegten 4er- Mädels-WG direkt beim Bus- und Regionalbahnhof Hamburg-Tonndorf.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 m², Linoleum-Fußboden in Marmor-Optik und ist möbliert mit einem Bett samt Matratze und Bettsachen, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einem großen Einbau-Kleiderschrank.
Zum Gemeinschaftsbereich der Wohnung gehören eine gut ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine und Essbereich, ein Vollbad, ein zweites WC und eine W-LAN-DSL-Flatrate.
Die Miete ist warm und pauschal, die Kaution beträgt 500 €.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs Hamburg-Tonndorf. Das Einkaufszentrum Tondo mit großem Rewe-Center, Kik, Apotheke, Sparkasse, Bäckerei usw. ist gleich um die Ecke.
Mit der komfortablen Regionalbahn (normales Ticket Hamburg Großbereich / Ringe AB) ist man in 13 Minuten am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Sie verkehrt mindestens alle 30 Minuten, im Berufsverkehr auch noch öfter. Es halten aber auch verschiedene Busse fast vor der Haustür, darunter die Metrobusse 9 (nach U Wandsbek Markt) und 27 (nach U Farmsen). Auch nachts kommt man jederzeit nach Hause, unter der Woche gibt es Nachtbusse, und am Wochenende fährt der Metrobus durch.

This room is 12m², fully furnished, wifi and all costs are included in the rent, the deposit is 800 €. The flat is located right at the train station Hamburg-Tonndorf, from where you can get in 13 minutes to Hamburg Central Station. A shopping mall is right on the other side of the station.
