Dazu gibt es im Keller eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrrad.
Kleiner Balkon vorhanden, Küche und Bad natürlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
ÖPNV in der Nähe, 1 Min. zum Bus in Richtung Altona/Harburg, 12 Minuten zur Fähre in Richtung Landungsbrücken bzw. Teufelsbrück.

The apartment is located on the Elbe island of Finkenwerder, between Altona and Harburg.
Good public transport connection, direct bus to Harburg and Altona, ferry (11 min.) to Teufelsbrück/ St.Pauli Landungsbrücken.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities, from bakers to Budni to supermarkets Aldi, Rwew and Edeka, all available nearby, as well as farm stores and other "direct local shops" for fruits and vegetables.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Elbinsel Finkenwerder, zwischen Altona und Harburg.
Gute ÖPNV Anbindung per Bus (1 Min.) nach Harburg und Altona, Fähre (11 Min.) nach Teufelsbrück/St.Pauli Landungsbrücken.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug, von Bäcker über Bundi bis zum Supermarkt alles in der Nähe vorhanden, ebenso Hofläden und andere "Direktvertriebe" für Obst und Gemüse.

A strong team where everyone has their own life, but still live together. If you share a kitchen I find it quite pleasant to use it together sometimes, be it for cooking or chatting, or sometimes moving around the houses together or cycling across the island.
Since the headlines of a well-known trash publication interest me as little as "everything was better in the past", I would like to have a younger, mentally agile woman as a flatmate, a constellation that certainly enlivens every conversation, because I believe households simply function better when there is a woman in the house.
This constellation has now proven itself for 24 months, a clear gain for both sides. Since my flatmate is about to change universities, the room will become available again.
To avoid misunderstandings: I am looking for a flatmate, not a partner. :)
My everyday life looks like this: I usually leave the house early in the morning and come back in the evening. After work I like to go to the harbor and enjoy the proximity of the Elbe.

Ein starkes Team, in dem jeder sein eigenes Leben hat, aber dennoch gemeinsam gelebt wird. Wenn man sich eine Küche teilt finde ich es ganz angenehm, wenn man sie auch mal gemeinsam nutzt, sei es zum Kochen oder Klönen, oder mal gemeinsam um die Häuser zieht oder mit dem Fahrrad über die Insel heizt.
Da die Schlagzeilen einer bekannten Trash-Publikation mich so wenig interessieren wie "früher war alles besser", hätte ich gern eine jüngere, geistig beweglichen Frau als Mitbewohnerin, eine Konstellation, die sicherlich jedes Gespräch belebt. Mitbewohner*in* deshalb, weil Männer einfach besser funktionieren (Haushalt und so), wenn eine Frau im Haus ist.
Diese Konstellation hat sich jetzt 24 Monate bewährt, ein klarer Zugewinn für beide Seiten. Da bei meiner Mitbewohnerin ein Wechsel der Uni ansteht wird das Zimmer wieder frei.
Um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen: gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin, keine Partnerin. ;)
Mein Alltag sieht so aus, dass ich zumeist recht früh aus dem Haus gehe und gegen Abend wieder da bin, nach Feierabend ist dann auch Feierabend oder ich fahre nochmal in den Hafen und geniesse die Nähe der Elbe.
