The house is located in the popular "Eimsbüttel" district.

It has a lovely garden with large mature trees - perfect for taking a sun bath or a BBQ when the weather is nice.
The "Amsinck-Park" and the forest and recreation area "Niendorfer Gehege" are just around the corner - ideal for jogging.
And for water sports lovers: The "Eppendorfer Mühlenteich", which flows directly into the "Alster", is a 10-minute bike ride away.

Despite the beautiful location, the transport connections are excellent:
A few houses further is the underground station "HAGENDEEL".
From there it takes 12 minutes to get to "Schlump"/Uni and 17 minutes to "Jungfernstieg"/town hall.

And if you're in the mood for trendy pubs, cafés, hip bars and restaurants, or if you want to go really nice shopping, drive 2-3 stations and then you're in the lively part of Eimsbüttel around the "Lutherothstraße" and "Osterstraße" stations.
