Da ich ein Jobangebot in Augsburg angenommen habe, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für mindestens 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete. Alles, was du mitbringen wirst, sind Bettlaken, Bettbezüge, Kissen und deine persönlichen Sachen:)
Eine Verlängerung des Mietvertrags nach 6 Monaten ist möglich, wird jedoch im Laufe der Zeit geklärt.
Die große Wohnung(92qm) ist hoch geschnitten und besitzt einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung hat einen riesigen Flur in dem viel Platz für Schuhe/ Jacken ist.
Die Küche ist mit allem voll ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt: ein Geschirrspüler <3, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kochtöpfe, Geschirr/Besteck, eine Speise-/Abstellkammer.
Von der Küche geht der Balkon ab, der sehr geräumig ist und viel Platz besonders im Sommer zum Frühstücken oder abends zum Bier/Wein/Tee Trinken anbietet. Es gibt aber momentan kein Balkonmöbel auf dem Balkon.
In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht. Die Möglichkeit besteht aber auf dem Balkon.
Das Badezimmer ist saniert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, ein WC, eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster.

Since I have accepted a job offer in Augsburg, we are looking for a new roommate for a sublet of at least 6 months for my furnished room. All you need to bring are your bed sheets, bedding, and pillows.
An extension of the rental agreement after 6 months is possible, but that will be clarified over time.
The large apartment (92 sqm) has a high ceiling and a balcony.
The apartment has a huge hallway with plenty of room for shoes and jackets.
The kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher <3, an oven with a smooth top stove, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and a pantry for storing food.
The balcony, accessible from the kitchen, is very spacious and offers plenty of room, especially in the summer, for having breakfast or enjoying a drink like beer, wine, or tea in the evenings. However we don't have any furniture in balcony right now. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it's allowed on the balcony.
The bathroom has been renovated and includes a washing machine, a toilet, a bathtub, and a large window.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG eines wunderschönen Altbaus in der schönen und grünen Südstadt – in 1 Gehminuten erreichst Du die Haltestelle „Geibelstraße“. Von dieser aus fahren 3 verschiedene Linien (1,2,8) und Du bist innerhalb von 2 Minuten am Aegidientorplatz, von 3 Minuten am Kröpcke und von 4 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Wenn Du gern mit Fahrrad unterwegs bist, erreichst du ebenfalls die Innenstadt in ca. 7 Minuten. Der schöne Maschsee und Eilenriede sind in 3 Minuten mit Fahrrad erreichbar und bieten einen herrlichen Blick zum Ausruhen, Joggen etc. an.
Alles Wichtige ist auch fußläufig erreichbar: Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, Kioske, Bäckerei, Apotheken, Arztpraxen, Bars/Restaurants. Ein tolles thailändisches Restaurant, eine Eisdiele, eine Pizzeria, Dönerläden, Bioläden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der Hildesheimer Straße.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building in the lovely and green Südstadt – you can reach the "Geibelstraße" Sbahn stop in 1 minute on foot. From there, 3 different Sbahn lines (1, 2, 8) are available, and you can reach Aegidientorplatz in 2 minutes, Kröpcke in 3 minutes, and the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in 4 minutes. If you enjoy biking, you can also reach the city center in about 7 minutes. The beautiful Maschsee lake and Eilenriede forest are reachable by bike in 3 minutes, offering a wonderful view for relaxation, jogging, etc.
Everything important is also within walking distance: Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, kiosks, bakery, pharmacies, medical practices, bars, and restaurants. A great Thai restaurant, an ice cream parlor, a pizzeria, kebab shops, and organic stores are located nearby on Hildesheimer Straße.
Du wirst mit Gökhan (28) und Jana(22) zusammenleben.
Gökhan wird die Wohnung als Hauptmieter übernehmen.
Es wird eine reine Zweck-WG sein, aber unkompliziertes und harmonisches Zusammenleben steht bei uns im Mittelpunkt.

You will be living with Gökhan (28) and Lea (21).
Gökhan will take over the apartment as the main tenant.
It will probably be a functional flatshare (reine Zweck-WG) , but uncomplicated and harmonious cohabitation is our main focus.
Die Kaution beträgt 1250€. In der Miete ist alles enthalten (Betriebskosten, Gas, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Treppenreinigung, Internet, GEZ etc.). Eine einmalige Abstandszahlung für die Mitbenutzung von Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Küchentisch, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien beträgt 200€.

The security deposit is 1250€. The rent includes everything (operating costs, gas, electricity, water, heating, stairwell cleaning, internet, broadcasting fees, etc.). A one-time contribution for sharing the built-in kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen table, washing machine, kitchen utensils is 200€.
The furniture in the pictures is for temporary use during the sublease.If there is any damage to the furniture, it muss be compensated.
