Suche Nachmieter für Zimmer in 4-er WG

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum Dossenheims, etwa 700m von der Haltestelle Dossenheim Süd entfernt. Von hier ist man mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und in ca. 20 Minuten im Neuenheimer Feld.
Schneller geht es noch mit dem Fahrrad: Da erreicht man beide Ziele in gut 15 Minuten vom Haus aus :)

Es gibt einige kleinere Läden quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Edeka ist direkt an der Haltestelle und ein Kaufland ist in der Nähe.


The house is located in the center of Dossenheim, about 700m from the station "Dossenheim Süd". From here, you can reach Bismarckplatz in 15 minutes by tram and Neuenheimer Feld in about 20 minutes.
It is even quicker by bike: you can reach both destinations in about 15 minutes from the house :)

There are a few smaller stores right on the doorstep. An Edeka supermarket is right at the tram station, and a Kaufland is also nearby.

Deine Mitbewohner wären Dirk, Patrik und Julian, die mit mir zur WG-Neugründung letztes Jahr eingezogen waren.
Dirk(26) arbeitet im Atlantic Hotel und studiert nebenher BWL, Patrik(26) hat einen Bürojob und Julian(25) promoviert in Biophysik.
Die drei sind sehr entspannte und ruhige Mitbewohner. Unter der Woche setzen sich Patrick und Dirk gerne abends noch etwas raus und lassen den Tag bei einer Zigarette ausklingen. Julian ist unter der Woche meist lange unterwegs.
In ihrer Freizeit sind Dirk und Julian immer für Gesellschaftsspiele zu haben. Patrik dagegen ist ein guter Partner für sportliche Aktivitäten.
Vor allem Julian hat ein großes Interesse an Sprachen und Kulturen. Für Veranstaltungen in diesem Bereich ist er Ansprechpartner Nummer 1.
Wenn du gerne bei entspannten Gesprächen spazieren gehst und was von der Umgebung kennenlernen willst ist Dirk dafür gut zu haben.
Es wäre gut, wenn du nicht nur auf der Suche nach einer reinen Zweck-WG wärst. Trotz der beruflich bedingten Ruhe hat sich ein interaktives Zusammenleben eingestellt, bei dem auch gelegentlich WG-Aktivitäten auf dem Plan stehen!


Your new room mates would be Dirk, Patrik and Julian. They moved in with me a year ago as the WG was founded.
Dirk(26) is an employe of the Atlantic hotel and studys BWL on the side, Patrik(26) has an office job and Julian(25) is a PhD student in biophysics.
The three are very relaxed and quiet roommates. During the week, Patrick and Dirk like to sit outside in the evenings and wind down the day with a cigarette. Julian is usually out for a long time during the week.
In their free time, Dirk and Julian are always up for board games. Patrik, on the other hand, is a good partner for sports activities.
Especially Julian has a great interest in languages and cultures. He is the go-to person for events in this area.
If you enjoy going for walks while having relaxed conversations and want to learn about the surroundings, Dirk is a good person for that.
It would be great if you were not just looking for a purely functional shared apartment. Despite the work caused calmness during the week, an interactive living environment has developed, where occasional shared apartment activities are also on the agenda!

Leider musste ich aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen und gebe daher dieses WG-Zimmer ab. Alle Mitbewohner sind sehr sympathische Menschen, die mir echt ans Herz gewachsen sind. Dafür kannst jetzt du ein Teil dieser WG werden und ich hoffe, dass sie dir genauso gefallen wird wie mir.

In den Nebenkosten ist alles drin außer GEZ und Internet. Diese sind beide in den 10€ sonstiges enthalten.

Im Zimmer habe ich bei Auszug ein altes Sofa zurück gelassen,, was du übernehmen müsstest. Auf Grund von Beschädigungen des Stoffes möchte ich dafür nichts haben. Es ist voll funktional; ich habe es lediglich da gelassen, da ich in meiner neuen Wohnung auch eines übernehmen musste.

Unfortunately, I had to move for professional reasons and am therefore giving up my room. All the roommates are very friendly people who have truly become dear to me. Now you have the chance to be a part of this shared apartment, and I hope you will like it as much as I do.

The utilities include everything except the broadcasting fee (GEZ) and the internet. Both are included in the 10€ miscellaneous charge.

When I moved out, I left an old sofa in the room that you would need to take over. Because of some damage to the fabric, I’m not asking for anything in return. It’s fully functional; I simply left it there because I had to take a sofa in my new apartment as well.
