Da ich zum Abschluss meines Masters 3 Monate nach Südostasien verreisen werde, vermiete ich mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer. Es enthält einen kleinen Erker, tolle hohe Decken und jede Menge Pflanzen :D Es hat außerdem viele Fenster, wodurch es (auch im Winter) schön hell ist. Das Zimmer zeigt zur Straße, es ist aber durch die dreifachverglasten Fenster sehr ruhig. Ich werde alle meine Möbel da lassen und leere einige Fächer, sodass du genug Stauraum für deine Sachen hast.
Wir haben eine große, helle Küche mit Gasherd und Spülmaschine. Auf unserem gemeinsamen Balkon kannst du die Wäsche aufhängen und die Morgensonne genießen.
Das Bad ist durch eine Schiebetüre von der Küche aus zugänglich. Es ist getrennt von der Toilette und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Bad und Toilette haben beide ein Fenster.
Unsere Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Dort haben wir auch ein großes abschließbares Abteil, falls du Sachen lagern musst.
Fahrräder können im Hof überdacht abgestellt werden.

As I will be travelling to Southeast Asia for 3 months, I am renting out my beloved room in a shared flat. It has a small bay window, great high ceilings and lots of plants :D It also has lots of windows, which makes it nice and bright (even in winter). The room faces the street, but it's very quiet thanks to the triple-glazed windows. I leave all my furniture and clear out a few shelves so that you have enough storage space for your things.
We have a large, bright kitchen with a gas hob and dishwasher. You can hang out your washing on our shared balcony and enjoy the morning sun.
The bathroom is accessible through a sliding door from the kitchen. It is separate from the toilet and has a shower. Both the bathroom and the toilet have a window.
Our washing machine is located in the basement. We also have a large lockable compartment there if you want to store anything.
Bicycles can be parked under cover in the courtyard.
Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Rand vom Stadteil Handschuhsheim. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 5, 24 & 26 kommst du schnell zum Bismarkplatz und Hauptbahnhof. Das Neuenheimer Feld ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 (wenn man sehr langsam fährt 10) min erreichbar. In 10min Gehzeit bist du in der Fritz-Fey-Straße, in der es Aldi, Lidl, dm, Rewe und einen Biomarkt gibt. Für den schnellen Einkauf gibt es einen Penny in 4 Gehzeit.
Leider haben wir gerade vor dem Haus eine Baustelle, wodurch wir nicht mehr vor der Haustüre parken können. Der Lärm hält sich durch die gute Isolierung in Grenzen, außerdem sind die Bauarbeiten auf unserer Höhe fast abgeschlossen.

The flat is located on the northern edge of the Handschuhsheim district. Tram lines 5, 24 and 26 take you quickly to Bismarkplatz and the main railway station. Neuenheimer Feld can be reached by bike in 5 minutes (10 minutes if you cycle very slowly). Fritz-Fey-Straße, where you will find Aldi, Lidl, dm, Rewe and an organic market, is a 10-minute walk away. For quick shopping there is a Penny 4 minutes' walk away.
Unfortunately there is a building site in front of the house, so we can no longer park outside the front door. Due to the good insulation, the noise is limited and the construction work on our level is almost finished.
Du wirst mit Marlene und Muriel zusammenwohnen :)
Marlene ist 28 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Bauzeichnerin in einem Landschaftsarchitekturbüro. Wenn sie nicht arbeiten ist, schaut Marlene gerne Serie, zockt ein bisschen oder geht ins Grüne.
Muriel ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert interprofessionelle Gesundheitsversorgung. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne draußen, geht spazieren oder wandern, macht Sport oder trifft sich mit Freunden.
Wir sind alle drei Pflanzenliebhaberinnen (was du vielleicht an den Bildern bemerkt hast). Mir wäre es deshalb wichtig, dass du dich um die Pflanzen kümmerst und ich sie in guten Händen weiß ;)
Wir sind alle sehr unkompliziert und schätzen ein entspanntes miteinander. Wir haben einen Putzplan und würden uns freuen, wenn du ein wenig Gespür für Sauberkeit mitbringst.

You will be living with Marlene and Muriel :)
Marlene is 28 years old and works as a draughtswoman in a landscape architecture office. When she's not at work, Marlene enjoys watching series, playing games or going out into nature.
Muriel is 27 years old and is studying Interprofessional Healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, going for walks or hikes, doing sports or meeting up with friends.
All three of us are plant lovers (as you may have seen in the pictures). It would therefore be important to me that you take care of the plants and that they are in good hands ;)
We are all very uncomplicated and appreciate a relaxed atmosphere with each other. We have a cleaning schedule and would appreciate it if you also like cleanliness.
Sollte es deiner- und unserseits passen, werde ich mit dir einen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen. Die 350€ Kaution sind dafür da, falls etwas in meinem Zimmer während meiner Abwesenheit kaputt geht.
