Hello,
Our names are Richard (from the UK) and Himshikar (from India) and we're looking for a third person to move into our shared flat (from 01.03.2025, alternatively during March or 1.04.2025) . We both work and study at the university and are looking for someone relaxed and who would ideally like to spend time with us. We are both fluent English speakers but also speak several languages (ja, auch Deutsch), so communication won't be a problem.
The flat is located on the fifth floor and has views of the city and the mountains to the north and fields to the south.The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher) and has plenty of space for cooking.The living room is large (30 qm) and faces south, so gets plenty of light all year round. There is a bathroom and also a small guest toilet by the entrance. We have our own washing machine in the basement.
All the devices in the kitchen as living room (television etc.) are free for everyone to use. Sharing is caring :)
The living room is large (30 qm) and faces south, so gets plenty of light all year round. The living room stays fairly warm in winter because the building is relatively modern. In the summer when it gets too hot, we take advantage of being on the 5th floor by opening the windows to let the breeze blow through the flat. Even on the hottest days, the temperature inside remains comfortable.
Himshikhar: unlike Game of Thrones, winter is leaving. Our area has green fields and vineyards a short walk away. The tram stop is 5 minutes by foot, well connected via the trams 23, 24, and the buses 29 and ML1. There is a Netto supermarket about 200m away and Kaufland at Rohrbach Süd, which is a 15 minute walk. The flat has a very cozy living room and we have movie nights or dinner among ourselves with our friends. We're looking for someone who likes to be social, is generally relaxed about things and, yes, clean. We don't have to maintain Quarantine level cleanliness, but c'mon, nobody likes a pile of dirty dishes sitting in the sink for a week. We have a small balcony/terrace area, so sit there when it's nice and drink your coffee, read your book or do nothing :)

The room itself is also south-facing and bright. It contains built-in shelves, a table, a wardrobe, a standing lamp and also a green sofa-bed. It's currently unoccupied (see pictures).
