Hi there, we are Khaled, Hicham, Vincent, Ana and Hicham.
We are looking for a new roommate. Will that be you?
I'll first tell you a little bit about us, and what living together with us would look like. We range from being a full-time student, to being fully employed.
We like to chat each other in the kitchen, sometimes until late at night and some of us often cook together too (in smaller groups). We like to engage in activities together ranging from playing Jenga and other board games, to going bouldering and bowling together. Sometimes we go on a hike too. We are very much looking forward to spring when we can use the terrace again!
I think it is safe to say we are a lively WG, and definitely not a zweck-WG (or in English: just living together to reduce costs without ever interacting with each other).
That being said, with our work and studies we are busy people, and we respect that of each other. We try to be quiet at night so everyone can have a good night's rest. We do want to plan a WG party sometime in the future though, so perhaps during that night it will not be so quiet ;)
Who are you?
Ideally you have some WG experience. It requires you to be able to communicate with each other openly and respectfully. Of course we have a cleaning schedule which you would participate in as well.
We are looking for someone who would be willing to stay here for a longer period of time. Your contract will be unbefristet as untermieter. Please state how long you would consider staying.

As the move-in date is approaching soon, we are looking to meet people on short notice (starting tomorrow and during the coming week). We will let you know quickly after we had a chat whether we think we would be a match.

This ad was written by me, Cas. I speak German as well, but my English is a lot better. My German is not the best I have to admit. You can reply in German, I will understand that too, but it will take me a little more effort :)

All of us speak German, so that is not a problem. It would be preferable if you could speak English too, but not a requirement.
The current would like to sell their furniture (see pictures 3 - 6).

The current tenant is asking 200 euros for this.
For the rent, everything is included (water, electricity, ARD ZDF, internet (for a better connection, bring your own router. Otherwise you can use the network of the router in the hallway)).

We have a dishwasher and washing machine for communal use.
