Wir möchten keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern gerne gemeinsame Unternehmungen machen, gemeinsamen Kochen etc. Aktuell sind wir eine Deutsche, die ihren Bachelor macht, eine Doktorandin aus China und ein Erasmus-Student aus Italien. We don't want to be a functional flat share, but would like to do things together, cook together etc. We are currently a German student doing her Bachelor's degree, a PhD student from China and an Erasmus student from Italy. Wenn du bei uns einziehen möchtest, ist es Voraussetzung, dass du eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis in Deutschland bereits vorliegen hast. Falls du aus der EU kommst, hast du diese automatisch. Falls du von außerhalb der EU kommst, benötigst du ein Visum. Wir akzeptieren keine Bewerber, die nicht über ein bereits vorliegendes Visum für die Dauer der geplanten Mietzeit verfügen. Du musst dein Visum bereits haben, um als Mitbewohner akzeptiert zu werden, da es manchmal vorkommt, dass das Visum abgelehnt wird und die Leute dann nicht einziehen. Wenn du dein Visum noch nicht hast, können wir dich nicht berücksichtigen.

Bitte beachte, dass die Mindestwohndauer in der Schulgasse mindestens 6 Monate beträgt. Wenn du früher ausziehen musst, musst du trotzdem die Miete für die restliche Zeit bezahlen oder einen geeigneten Untermieter finden, den die anderen WG-Bewohner auch mögen. Leute, die länger bleiben, werden in der Regel bevorzugt, denn wir wollen, dass die WG eine Gruppe von Freunden ist und nicht ständig die Leute wechseln.

Bitte kontaktiere uns über die Plattform mit einer kurzen Beschreibung. Wir benötigen eine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , wenn du schon einmal in Deutschland warst, oder eine Bankauskunft von deiner Bank (die im Wesentlichen besagt, dass du keine finanziellen Probleme hast und/oder über genügend Geld verfügst, um die Miete zu zahlen) oder einen anderen Nachweis über ausreichende finanzielle Mittel und eine Selbstauskunft (das heißt, du musst ein paar Fragen zu deiner finanziellen Situation beantworten). Wenn du kein EU-Bürger bist, müssen wir auch dein Visum sehen, ansonsten reicht dein Personalausweis oder Reisepass aus. Wenn du berufstätig bist, benötigen wir eine Kopie deines Arbeitsvertrags, und wenn du hier studierst, möchten wir eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung der Universität / ein Empfehlungsschreiben (je nachdem, was einfacher ist).

Anstelle einer Kaution ist auch eine Kautionsversicherung bei der R+V Versicherung möglich.

If you would like to move in with us, it is a prerequisite that you already have a residence permit in Germany. If you come from the EU, you have this automatically. If you come from outside the EU, you will need a visa. We do not accept applicants that do not have a finished Visa for the duration of the intended rental period. You have to have your Visa already in order to be accepted as a co-habitant, as it sometimes happens, that Visas get rejected and then people don't move in. If you don't have your Visa yet, you cannot participate.

Please note, that minimum length of living in Schulgasse is 6 months. If you have to move out earlier, you will still have to pay the rent for the rest of the time or find a suitable subtenant, that the other inhabitants of the WG also like. People who stay longer are usually preferred, because we want the WG to be a group of friends rather than constantly changing people.

Please contact us via the platform with a short description of yourself. We need a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) if you have been in Germany before or otherwise would like a bank reference from your bank (basically stating that you have no financial trouble and/or have sufficient money to pay the rent) or other proof of sufficient funds, and a "Selbstauskunft" (that means you have to answer a few questions about your financial situation). If you are not an EU citizen, we need to see your Visa too, otherwise your personal ID is enough. If you are working, we need a copy of your work contract and if you are studying here, we would like a certificate of inscription at university / letter of good standing (whichever is easier).

Instead of deposit a Kautionsversicherung (deposit insurance) at R+V Versicherung is also possible.
