Gemütliches WG zimmer in der Weststadt

Hallo!✨ Ich suche eine freundliche und saubere Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung in der Weststadt.

Dein Zimmer:

Dein Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß (warm). Es gibt ein Einzelbett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Schlafsofa. Es ist ein schöner Ra mit hohen Decken und bekommt tagsüber viel Sonnenlicht ab☀️.

Die Wohnung hat Wifi inklusive. Wir teilen eine Küche, eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Es ist gemütlich und es gibt mehr als genug Platz für zwei Personen bequem zu wohnen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Stauraum im Dachgeschoss und Fahrradstellplätze im Freien. Schließlich gibt es einen Garten für alle im Gebäude- und alle die hier wohnen sind sehr nett😊.

Die Wohnung ist derzeit verfügbar bis am Ende Juli, aber eine Verlängerung ist auch möglich, für Langzeitmieter. Du musst mit der Vermieterin sprechen.

Lage:

Man kann keine bessere Lage in Heidelberg finden!
Es ist sehr gut angebunden: die nähesten Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Christuskirche und Stadtbücherei) sind zwischen 2 und 5 Minuten entfernt. Die S-Bahnhof Weststadt/Südstadt ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte zu Fuß sind:

Hello🥰 I’m looking for a friendly and clean flatmate to flatshare in the heart of the Weststadt!

Your room:

Your room is 12 qm2 (warm). You’ll have a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a sofa bed. It’s a lovely room with high ceilings and gets lots of sunlight during the day.

The apartment has wifi included, and we’ll share a kitchen, a shower and a toilet. It is cosy but there is more than enough space for two people to live comfortably. There is a washing machine in the basement, storage space in the attic and also a place to leave bikes. Finally, there is a communal garden shared by the whole building, and everyone who lives here is very nice.

Currently it is available until the end of July 2025, but an extension is possible if you speak with the landlady.

Location:

You can’t find a better location for living in Heidelberg! It is well connected with the nearest tram stops (Christuskirche and Stadtbücherei) only 2 -5 minutes walking distance. The S-bahnhof Weststadt/Südstadt is less than 10 minutes walking distance which takes you to the Altstadt in 3 minutes.

The nearest supermarkets by foot are:

Hello☀️☀️ I’m Imogen (25) and I come from Wales! I’m a foreign language assistant in Heidelberg and also an online language teacher. I’m looking for a friendly person who can bring positive vibes to the apartment and can find a nice balance between social and personal time.

I like to cook so would be more than happy to do a weekly Abendessen and hang out together🥰 I’m generally very chill and value my time to relax, but I also do like to invite friends over for coffee or food every now and then, and you would be more than welcome to join us if you want to.

When I’m not teaching online, there’s no problem with noise or playing music as you wish. Needless to say, practical things like cleanliness and respect for the space are very important.
