Looking for a Friendly WG – with Two Adorable Cats!

Hello everyone!

I’m Jingke Pan, a PhD student in Economics at Heidelberg University. My research focuses on development economics and political economy, so I’m particularly interested in topics like politics, gender, poverty reduction in developing countries, and environmental issues. If you love discussing world affairs over dinner or just enjoy deep conversations about random topics, I’d love to join your WG!

But here’s the special part – I won’t be moving in alone! I have two adorable cats, KK and Piggy. They are both super affectionate and love being around people. KK is incredibly smart—if you’re ever feeling down, he will come to comfort you by licking your finger. Piggy, on the other hand, is a bit of a goofy little guy—his favorite hobby is lying on his back and waiting for belly rubs! The main reason I want to move to a WG is because they love human company, and I’d love for them to be in a social, friendly environment.

What I’m Looking For
I’d love to live in a happy, open-minded, and social WG, where we can:
🍲 Cook together – I love cooking, mainly Asian food, but I also enjoy experimenting with recipes from different countries!
🎲 Play board games on cozy winter nights.
🌞 Go out and enjoy the sun – hiking, kayaking, or just relaxing outdoors in the summer.
