My room is available for sublet .That is, from August 2024. City registration not possible.
It is a nice fully furnished room on the second floor with a bed, chair, writing desk and plenty of storage space in the cupboard and shelf. The kitchen if also fully furnished with fridge, oven and dining table to enjoy meals together. Common washing machine & dryer can be used by coins. No dishwasher. No bathtub. Washing machine can be used for 2.5€ per use.
It's a perfect room at great location, right in front of the Neckar river. A scenic location for a nice bike ride. Very close to the old Heidelberg City. Bus 36 and 33 stop is right beneath the building. S-Bahn Station is just one stop away. Just a 10 min bus ride away from Heidelberg's main attraction Alte Brücke and in further 5 mins you reach Bismarckplatz.
Best location for a good price. Great for students as well as working professionals.
The room is approximately-16 sq.m
