Hi My name is Valentina (28) and I am renting a room in my apartment in Kirchheim.
The room that was rented previously is around 10m2 and the bigger room (around 20m2) is currently set up as a living room, as you can see in the pictures. I am now searching for a roommate, and if the small room is too small for you, let me know that you are interested in the bigger room and we will turn the small room into an office/ common space. Either way the room that you choose will be completely unfurnished! There is a price difference:

The kitchen, the free room (the one you don’t take as your bedroom), the bathrooms as well as the garden are for common use.
In the apartment I live with my two cats, so hopefully you like them as well!
There is a possibility to rent a parking place in the building next door, but the apartment is two minutes away from the next bus station, 7 minutes away from the tram station and 10 minutes away from the train station Kirchheim-Rohrbach.
I am queer and very active in the community so I’ll expect you to be respectful about such topics.
Die Wohnung kann mit Bus und Straßenbahn gut erreicht werden. Die Haltestelle Kirchheim-Rohrbach ist 10min entfern, die Bahn fährt zwei Minuten zum Heidelberg Hbf und ca 20 Minuten zum Mannheim Hbf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bäcker und Restaurants gibt es auch weniger als 10min entfern.
