Hi all,
I am moving from my WG room I have lived in for the past year. The house is located at the heart of Neuenheim and it’s very convenient location wise (close to Bismarckplatz ~10 minutes by foot)
The room is rented WITHOUT the bed and the small night tanle next to it, but all the rest of the furniture is staying there (table and wardrobe).
The house is on the third floor and is built on two floors itself: on the second one there is also a very nice balcony :) and two rooms of two other flatmates.
In total there are two bathrrooms with each a toilet and a bathtubwith shower.
Also the building has a common covered area for locking the bike + a cellar and a washing machine room common to the whole building in which there is also the WG washing machine.
The one time payment is 50 euros for the washing machine which had been bought by the first people entering the WG (myself included)
The apartment was recently renovated.
