Apartment: The apartment is centrally located in a well-maintained three-floor Altbau building near Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Spacious and comfortably furnished (approx. 117 sqm) with a kitchen-living room with access to a delightful terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with friends on a sunny afternoon. The apartment's backside faces the communal backyard with quietness and nature. The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub and is equipped with a shared washer and dryer. There is also one guest toilet and a store room. The apartment is fully equipped with all the needed necessities.
Location: It is centrally located with everything that you could need within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
