The room has a big window, so lots of light comes in. The rent of the room is unfurnished, but I would like to leave the bed behind and sell itto the net tenant, as I am moving back to Germany. There is a huge build in cabinet in the back of the room, which is really handy, so for me there was no extra shelf needed. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for everyday use.
The place is in Kallio, Hakaniemi metro station is about 8 minutes to walk and the tram and bus stop is even closer. The main station can be reached in a 20 minute walk, and so is the city center. There are lots of good restaurants, cute cafes and bars in the neighbourhood and also the next supermarket is reachable in a 3 minute walk.
My personal favourite are the second hand stores in the neigborhood.
Your flatmate is Khrystyna from Ukraine, who is a super nice and tidy Person and currently learning Finnish but also speaks English. You are welcome to meet us and see the palce over a tea or videocall!
The building has a washing machine and drying room in the basement that can be used as well as a rooftop terrace and some storage space.
Your credit history has to be clean.
