Hallo,
wir vermieten ein helles Zimmer in Hürth-Hermülheim. Die Bahnstation sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jeweils nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Zur Uni Köln brauchst du mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 20 bis 30 Minuten. Küche und Bad teilst du dir mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der die anstehenden Aufgaben wöchentlich verteilt. In deinem Zimmer steht zusätzlich noch ein Tisch und Stuhl. Das Bett der vorherigen Mieterin sollte für 200€ übernommen werden.
Wir verbringen nicht übermäßig viel Zeit miteinander, aber wenn man sich in der Küche trifft, plaudern wir gerne ein bisschen. In unserer WG wird Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch gesprochen.

Hi,
We are renting out a bright room in Hürth-Hermülheim. The train station and shopping facilities are both just five minutes away. The University of Cologne is reachable by Tram in 20 to 30 minutes. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with two other roommates. We have a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.
Your room has a closet, a table and a chair. You can buy the bed from the previous tennant for 200€.
We don’t spend a lot of time together as a household, but we enjoy chatting when we run into each other in the kitchen. We speak German, Spanish, and English.
