Hallo! Mein Name ist Vishwajeet (23), ich komme aus Indien und bin an die TH Ingolstadt gekommen, um einen Master in International Automotive Engineering zu machen.

Ich bin ein aktiver Mensch. Ich spiele gerne Fußball und Basketball. Ich koche oft und mache tolle Pfannkuchen und Nudeln. Ich mag es, neue Orte zu erkunden, neue Leute kennenzulernen und neues Essen zu probieren. Ich trinke und rauche nicht. Ich bin ein Formula Student und ein Autoliebhaber.

Während meines Bachelorstudiums musste ich mein Wohnheimzimmer mit anderen Leuten teilen, was mich sehr kooperativ und flexibel gemacht hat. Außerdem halte ich meine Umgebung gerne sauber und ordentlich.

Ich würde es zu schätzen wissen, wenn Sie mich als potenziellen Mieter in Betracht ziehen würden. Ich werde ein Sperrkonto haben, auf das jeden Monat 1000 Euro überwiesen werden, so dass es kein Problem sein wird, die Miete und andere Gebühren pünktlich zu bezahlen. Ich möchte bis zum 1. Marz einziehen. Da ich derzeit nicht in Deutschland bin, könnte ich eine Online-Besichtigung bekommen, bei der wir uns besser vorstellen können?

Hello! My name is Vishwajeet (23), I'm from India and I came to TH Ingolstadt to do a Masters in International Automotive Engineering.

I'm an active person. I like to play Football and Basketball. I cook often, making amazing dishes. I like to explore new places, meet new people and try new food. I don't drink or smoke. I am a Formula Student and an car enthusiast and My favorite movie the Sherlock Holmes series by Benedict.

During my bachelor's studies, I had to share my dorm room with other people, which made me very cooperative and flexible. I also like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy.

I would appreciate it if you would consider me as a potential tenant. I will have a blocked account where 1000 euros will be transferred every month so paying the rent and other fees on time will not be a problem. I want to move in by March 1st. Since I am currently not in Germany, could I get an online viewing where we can introduce ourselves better?
