A room is available in our modern and central shared flat. The flat is about 78m2 and is in pefrect shape as it was renovated in December 2023. It has a really great and large eat-in kitchen which is equipped with everything including oven and dishwasher where we like to have a nice social atmosphere in the flat. It also has a winter balcony area! We also have a cellar, a bicycle room and a lift (which also leads to the cellar).
The price includes heating, separately there are around 30 Eur to be paid for electricity and internet.
If you are looking for a comfortable and contemporary living space, extremely close to the city center and would like to share a flat with like-minded people, please get in touch!
In the flat we are right now two guys (25 Italian) (30 Argentinian)
Even though we love animals, the owner has a strong no-pet policy, so we can't accept any.
The room will have no furniture, but the mattress can be bought from the previous owner if there is interest!
Your flatmates would be Facundo, software developer, likes chill days and some outdoor activities, and Tommaso, a business developer, also chill guy.
