(ENGLISH VERSION BELOW) Hallo zusammen, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen ausziehen werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.. Die WG ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt viel Platz, um Ihre eigenen Sachen zu verstauen. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Garten, in dem du deine Wäsche aufhängen oder mit deinen Freunden grillen kannst. Hier findest du auch einen Platz, um dein Fahrrad sicher abzustellen. Im Keller gibt es auch eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine, die du kostenlos benutzen kannst. Die Wohnung ist mit WiFi ausgestattet, es gibt einen LAN-Anschluss, an den du deinen eigenen Router anschließen musst, aber ich werde dir meinen zur Verfügung stellen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit den folgenden Gegenständen, die für eine kleine Gebühr übernommen werden müssen:
- Bettgestell + Matratze (die Matratze ist fast nagelneu, ich habe sie vor einem Monat gekauft)
- Schreibtisch
- Gaming-Stuhl
- WiFi-Router
- Nachttisch
- Regal
- Kleiderschrank
- Teppichboden
- Ein paar kleine Aufbewahrungsboxen, in denen ich auch einige Reinigungsprodukte für dich hinterlegen werde

The flatshare is fully furnished and comes with everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space to store your own things. There is a shared garden where you can hang your clothes or have a barbecue with your friends. Here you can find a place to safely park your bike as well. There is also a shared washing machine in the basement which you can use for free. The flat comes with WiFi included, there is a LAN where you have to plug your own router, but I will hand over mine.
The room comes fully furnished, with the following items, which must be taken over for a small fee:
- Bedframe + matress (the matress is almost brand new, I bought it one month ago)
- Desk
- Gaming chair
- WiFi router
- Bed side table
- Shelf
- Wardrobe
- Carpet
- A couple small storage boxes where I will also leave some cleaning products for you
Die WG befindet sich in Jena-Süd, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle 6 Minuten. Beide bringen Sie in ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Die Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auch Netto und Edeka sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flatshare is in Jena-Süd, very conveniently located. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away walking, and a tram stop 6 minutes. Both can take you to the city center in around 10 minutes. The Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule is only 5 minutes away walking, and you can also reach the Netto and Edeka which are very close.
Die Wohnung wird derzeit mit zwei anderen Studenten geteilt. Dies ist eine sehr entspannte WG, in der man nette Gespräche mit seinen Mitbewohnern führen kann, wenn man möchte, oder man kann einfach in seinem Zimmer entspannen, es gibt keine obligatorischen Treffen oder Aktivitäten.

The flat is currently shared with two other students. This is a very relaxed flatshare, where you can have nice conversations with your flatmates if you want, or you can just relax in your room, there are no compulsory meetings or activities.
Zusätzlich zu den monatlichen 315 € wird eine einmalige Gebühr von 60 € für die Müllabfuhr erhoben.
Denkt daran, dass du eine Bürgschaft brauchst, um den Vertrag mit der Vermieterin zu unterschreiben.
Du wirst auch nach einer Haftpflichtversicherung gefragt werden. Wenn du keine hast, kannst du sie online für nur 5 Є abschließen.

In addition to the monthly 315 € fee, there is also a one time 60€ fee for the waste collection service.
Keep in mind that in order to sign the contract with the landlady, you will be asked for a Bürgschaft (guarantor).
You will also be asked for a liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung). If you don't have one you can get it online for only 5 Є.
The move in date can be flexible, as long as it is before the 15th of September.
