Das Zimmer hat ein Größe von 12 m² und ist möbliert mit einer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl und Bett.

Die Küche im Loft kann genutzt werden. Das Loft ist gleich nebenan, da haben wir schon 2 Küchen und 3 Bäder.

Lage
Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Kahla in ruhiger Lage. Hier wohnen auch viele Studierenden, die in Jena studieren.
Für Studierende mit Semesterticket kostenlose Bahnfahrt (ca. 12 min.) nach Jena. Mit Fahrrad ca. 6 min. zum Bahnhof, zu Fuß ca. 20 min und zum Bus sind's 10 min.

The house is located on the outskirts of Kahla in a quiet location. Many students who study in Jena also live here.
For students with a semester ticket, free train travel (approx. 12 minutes) to Jena. It's about 6 minutes by bike to the train station, about 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes to the bus.

Hier ist noch der Text vom WG-Zimmer im Loft der bisherigen Anzeige. Wir sind im selben Haus gleich nebenan und legen Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander.

Die WG im Loft ist eine gemischte WG, wir sind zwischen 20 und 60 Jahre alt. Der Vermieter selbst ist dabei der Älteste.

Apropos gemischte WG, falls jemand Geld verdienen möchte, dann können wir auch eine Zweck-WG daraus machen. Zu tun gibt es genug: am Haus, im Garten, im Haushalt oder im Büro. Für gute Arbeit zahlt der Vermieter gerne 15 € pro Stunde.

Wir haben übrigens drei Bäder und drei Küchen (die 3. wird noch eingerichtet). Das macht das WG-Leben sehr entspannt. Das Forum und die Galerie können leise mit genutzt werden. Party-Maus oder Party-Löwen sind aber nicht erwünscht. Deine Mitbewohner sind hauptsächlich Studienrenden, die verschiedenen Fächer in Jena studieren und aus unterschiedlichen Ländern kommen. Zusammen erschaffen wir schon eine entspannte Stimmung. :)

Übrigens hat der Vermieter etwas zu sagen:
„Sag also Nein und sprich es an, wenn dir was nicht passt und lass uns eine Lösung finden, wie's besser geht. Das ist zwar manchmal unbequem, doch auf Dauer viel besser, als vor sich hin zu grummeln. Mit Lust am Lernen und an der persönlichen Entwicklung bist du hier richtig. Ich bin ein Lernfan und habe konkrete Lernthemen."
