Es ist ein helles und frisch renoviertes Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer ist 13m² groß und hat einen 8m² großen Balkon über die gesamte Hausbreite. Die Wände sind mit Raufaser tapeziert und schlicht in weiss gestrichen. Der Bodenbelag besteht aus Laminat in moderner, graubrauner Eichenoptik. Das Zimmer wird möbliert/teilmöbliert angeboten. Alle Kosten sind in der Nebenkostenpauschale inklusive (Internet, Telefon,GEZ, Netflix, Prime, etc.)
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem EFH (BJ: 1967/140m² Wohnfläche + Keller) mit Garten (knapp 500m²), Terrasse und überdachter Sitz/- Grillecke. Küche, WZ mit Kamin & Esszimmer (40m²), Diele, Wannenbad im OG, Gäste-WC, sep. Dusche im EG (weitere Dusche im Keller) werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Was die Ausstattung betrifft ist hier alles in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden (Teller, Tassen, Werkzeug, etc.) Waschmaschine und Trockenraum mit Trockner befinden sich im Keller.
The room has 13m² and is pleasant and renovated with an own balkony (8m²) to the west. The walls are completely white and the floor has an silver-oak look. All costs are included in the fixed fee (Internet, GEZ, Netflix, Prime,etc)
The house is from 1967 and has 140m²+basement and garden. There's a terrace, a little terrace with a roof offering possibilities for having a BBQ and sit together. Living and diningroom as well as the kitchen and the bathrooms are used in community. Everything is there in sufficient amount (tools, kitchenstuff, etc.) In the basement there are a washingmachine and a dryer with additional options of drying clothes.
Das Haus liegt im südlichen Teil von Gestfeld, nahe dem Wasserschloss und der Friedrich-Heinrich-Allee. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt an der Straßenecke, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend vor der Tür. Das Stadtzentrum/Die Hochschule sind etwa 2km entfernt und gut mit dem Rad erreichbar (5-10min).
The house is located in the southern part of Gestfeld close to the Friedrich-Heine-Allee and the "Wasserschloss Dieprahm". The busstop is right at the corner of the street, parking space is right in front of the door and the university/city is about 2km away.
Wir schätzen gute Gespräche, schmeißen den Grill an, genießen aber auch unsere Privatsphäre. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig. Wir führen den Haushalt GEMEINSCHAFTLICH und die Einhaltung des Putzplan und die Beteiligung an anfallenden Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich(auch Gartenarbeit).
Wir wünschen uns einen neuen Mitbewohner der umgänglich, kommunikativ und verantwortungsvoll ist, Lust auf das Zusammenleben in einer WG (gerne WG-erfahren) und das Zusammenleben mit Hunden (gerne Hundeerfahren) hat. Du solltest darüber hinaus gute englische Sprachkenntnisse haben, da Englisch vereinzelt die gemeinschaftlich gesprochene Sprache ist. Dies ist keine 24/7 Party WG und es wird auf unterschiedliche Lebensmodelle (Studenten und Berufstätige) aber auch die 2 Hunde Rücksicht genommen. Drogen und Alkohol sind unerwünscht. Du solltest mit beiden Beinen fest im Leben stehen und deine Angelegenheiten selbständig regeln können.

We like sitting together having good talks, or a BBQ but we definetely appreciate our privatesphere.
We share cleaning tasks and are looking for someone who is willing and able to contribute and participate in that (also Gardening). Preferably you have experience in living in a shared Appartement and/or together with dogs. There are two dogs living here with us.
You're acting responsible, standing on your own two feet, are communicative and respect different models of lifestyle (studying&working). We dislike alcohol or drug consumption.
