Hi zusammen, wir vermieten ab sofort ein helles Zimmer in zentralster Lage von Kempten.
Das Zimmer wird befristet 1-6 Monate vermietet an Pendler, Praktikum, Mitarbeiter, Projektarbeit, Studenten etc. nicht langfristig. Dein neues Zimmer ist mit einem Bett Sofa, Wandbildern, Tisch, Stühlen und einem Schrank teilmöbliert. Vieles noch nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen. Über weitere Möbel können wir bei Interesse gerne sprechen. In der Miete ist alles Inkludiert: Strom, Heizung, W-lan etc.
Der Flur und die Bäder werden von uns einmal wöchentlich gesaugt und gewischt.
Was aber nicht heißt, dass nicht selber geputzt werden muss:-)
Zu Fuß müsst ihr folgende Zeiten zurücklegen laut Maps:
Forum: 5Min., 600Meter
Hochschule: 12Min., 900Meter
Staatl. Berufsschule: 11Min., 800Meter
Hauptbahnhof Bahnhof: 18Min., 1,3Kilometer
Gute Bonität ist vorausgesetzt.
WG-Leben:
Wir sind ein wirklich bunt gemischter ,,Haufen´´vom Arbeiter über Praktikant über Student ist alles dabei. Auch sind viele interessante Nationalitäten bei uns vertreten, sodass immer tolle Gespräche dabei entstehen. Insgesamt ist es sehr harmonisch und ruhig.
Alle fünf WG Zimmer sind vom Flur aus erreichbar.

Hi everyone,
We are renting out a bright room in the most central location of Kempten starting immediately.
The room is available for a limited period of 1–6 months and is ideal for commuters, interns, employees, project workers, students, etc., but not for long-term rental.
Your new room is partially furnished with a bed, sofa, wall art, table, chairs, and a wardrobe. Some items are not yet visible in the photos. We’re happy to discuss additional furniture if needed.
The rent includes everything: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.
We vacuum and mop the hallway and bathrooms once a week. However, this doesn’t mean you’re off the hook for cleaning yourself. 😊
According to Maps, here are the walking times to key locations:
Forum: 5 min., 600 meters
University: 12 min., 900 meters
State Vocational School: 11 min., 800 meters
Main Train Station: 18 min., 1.3 kilometers
Good creditworthiness is required.
Flatshare life:
We are a truly diverse “bunch” of workers, interns, and students. Many interesting nationalities are represented, which always leads to great conversations. Overall, it’s very harmonious and quiet.
All five flatshare rooms are accessible from the hallway.
