Kirchseeon ist eine kleine Gemeinde, die nur wenige Minuten von München entfernt ist, wenn Du mit der S-Bahn oder dem Auto fahrst. Der Eglhartinger Wald ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Rundherum gibt es viele Wanderwege.
Alle Geschäfte, Cafés, Bars und der S-Bahnhof Kirchseeon sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Gemeinschaft rund um die Wohnung ist multinational und freundlich.

Kirchseeon is a small community just minutes away from Munich city if you take S-Bahn or a Car. Eglhartinger forest is 5 minutes on foot. There are many hiking trails all around.
All the shops, cafes, bars and the Kirchseeon S-Bahn Station are just 10 minutes on foot.
The community around the apartment is multinational and friendly.

Ich habe an der Uni Koblenz studiert und arbeite derzeit in der IT-Branche und hauptsächlich im Homeoffice. Der zweite Mitbewohner ist Student.
Die Umgebung in der Wohnung ist cool und ruhig. Du wirst nicht gestört, egal ob Du arbeitest oder studierst.
Da es sich um eine WG handelt, werden wir die Aufgaben unter uns aufteilen. Für das Gebäude gibt es bereits eine Hausordnung, aber wir können auch einige Pflichten untereinander vereinbaren, um das Wohnen in der WG angenehm zu gestalten.

I studied in the Uni Koblenz and right now work with IT industry and mostly I am doing homeoffice. The second flat-mate is a student.
The environment in the apartment is cool and calm. You will not be disturbed at all whether you are working or studying.
Since its a WG, we will divide the chores between ourselves. The are already house rules for the building but we can also arrange some duties among ourselves to make the WG living convenient.

Alle Haushaltsgeräte sind bereits verfügbar.
Du müsst nichts kaufen.
Das Zimmer wird zunächst für 6 Monate vermietet, der Vertrag kann jedoch später unbefristet verlängert werden.
Dieses Zimmer ist für eine Person mit oder ohne kleines Haustier (Katze ist auch OK).
Die Anmeldung beim KVR/Bürgeramt ist auf jeden Fall möglich.
Bei Interesse schreibe mir bitte eine Nachricht. Gerne vereinbaren wir einen Termin für eine Videobesichtigung oder Du kommst persönlich vorbei, um die Wohnung zu besichtigen.
Bitte lass mich ein wenig über dich, was du tust usw per Email/Whatsapp wissen.
Ausländer, Flüchtlinge o.ä. unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft sind ebenfalls willkommen!

All the home appliances are already available.
You will not have to buy anything.
The Room will be rented for 6 months at first but the contract can be extended for unlimited time later.
This room is for one person with or without a small pet (Cat is also OK).
The registration with Foreigners Office/KVR/Bürgeramt is definitely possible.
If you are interested, please write me a message first. We can setup an appointment for a Videobesichtigung (Video Showing) or you can come in-person to visit the apartment.
