The room faces the back garden and gets morning sun. There is some noise from the street, but it is usually covered up by the sound of birds. I am handing it over unfurnished.
The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, a living room (21 sqm), bathroom and guest WC, a 9 meter long balcony, and storage space both in the apartment and in the Keller. The landlord is a kind older man who lives beneath us.

The district of Bruck is just past Merheim and offers lots of nature and walking opportunities. There is a bus stop at the start of the neighborhood (5 min walk) and the 1 (10 min walk) can take you to the city in ~ 30 min and the university in 45 min.
Henlu is a 28-year-old nurse still doing his Ausbildung, and he's been living in the WG for the last 1.5 years. Originally he is from South Africa and came to Germany 3 years ago. He's all about open communication and having a comfy place where he can be himself. For Henlu, a great flatmate is someone who values these things too and helps create a chill, supportive home.
Pooja is a 34-year old civil engineer originally from India and has been living in Germany for the past 4 years. She enjoys cooking and plays football with the Cologne Lesbian club.
There is a cleaning plan already in place that changes weekly. They would like the new person to enjoy doing things together ie. cooking, watching films, chatting over coffee.
