In den Nebenkosten sind Internet und GEZ bereits enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank, einem großen Regal sowie einem Sessel und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. Die letztes Jahr neu eingebaute Küche mit Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet.
Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig, aber sehr gut angeschlossen und man erreicht sowohl Bahn als auch Bus innerhalb weniger Minuten, zudem ist der Bahnhof Mühlheim fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Gegend gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Du würdest in das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin ziehen. Grundsätzlich würde ich das WG-Leben bisher als ziemlich ruhig bezeichnen. Ich studiere dual und dafür relativ lange in der Hochschule oder am arbeiten.
Mit meiner bisherigen Mitbewohnerin war es bisher eher eine Zweck-WG, aber wenn es menschlich passt lässt es sich mit Sicherheit auch einrichten, dass man in der Küche mal zusammen Kaffee trinkt oder gemeinsam kocht.
The room is fully furnished. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a closet, a shelf and a little table. The kitchen was newly installed last year and fully equipped (dishwasher included) .
The area is pretty quiet and the train and bus stations are just a few minutes away. In the area are several grocery stores that are within walking distance.
