Two newly-renovated rooms will be yours, and you will have your own keys to access them. The rooms are fully furnished and both of them have windows. Just move in with your stuff and you're good! They are on the first floor. It's quite silent thanks to the location and the insulating windows. Both rooms have an electric heater under your control, which means that when it gets cold the room heats up quickly! You can also make some modifications in the room, the landlords are ok with it (for example you can drill holes or change furniture without issues).
The apartment has 3 floors. It has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric stove, 3 bathrooms (2 separate toilets and 1 main bathroom with shower and washing maschine) and 4 living spaces for the flatmates. It also has an inner courtyard where the trash cans are and where you can store your bike.

Zwei frisch renovierte Zimmer stehen dir zur Verfügung und du erhältst einen eigenen Schlüssel. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert und beide haben Fenster. Zieh einfach mit deinen Sachen ein und fertig! Sie liegen im ersten Stock. Dank der Lage und der Isolierfenster ist es ziemlich ruhig. Beide Zimmer verfügen über eine elektrische Heizung, die du selbst regulieren kannst, sodass sich das Zimmer bei Kälte schnell aufheizt! Du kannst auch einige Änderungen im Zimmer vornehmen, die Vermieter haben damit kein Problem (zum Beispiel kannst du problemlos Löcher bohren oder Möbel austauschen).
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen. Sie verfügt über eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Elektroherd, 3 Badezimmer (2 separate Toiletten und 1 Hauptbad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine) und 4 Wohnräume für die Mitbewohner. Außerdem gibt es einen Innenhof, in dem sich die Mülltonnen befinden und wo Sie Ihr Fahrrad abstellen können.

The location is great! It is next to Venloer Str. and in a central position in Ehrenfeld. It has all the perks of being in a lively neighbourhood, but without the noise! Nearby there are lots of cafès, bakeries, shops and groceries (Netto, Aldi and Rewe close by). But the apartment is not on the main road and so it is calm. The apartment is 1min by foot from the U-Bahn (lines 3 and 4), so it is fairly easy to get anywhere. But it is also 15min by bike from Uni or the city center! There are also a couple of nice parks nearby.

Die Lage ist großartig! Sie liegt neben der Venloer Straße und in zentraler Lage in Ehrenfeld. Sie hat alle Vorteile eines lebendigen Viertels, aber ohne den Lärm! In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés, Bäckereien, Geschäfte und Lebensmittelläden (Netto, Aldi und Rewe in der Nähe). Aber die Wohnung liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße und ist daher ruhig. Die Wohnung ist 1 Minute zu Fuß von der U-Bahn (Linien 3 und 4) entfernt, sodass man ziemlich leicht überall hinkommt. Aber auch von der Uni oder der Innenstadt sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad! Es gibt auch ein paar schöne Parks in der Nähe.

The price is around 880 per month including everything (rent+utilities+wifi).
It is possible to rent it permanently starting July 1st (even June 28th) or for a sublet until the 31st of August. A sublet for only the month of August is also possible.

Der Preis beträgt ca. 880 pro Monat inklusive allem (Miete+Nebenkosten+WLAN).
Es ist möglich, es ab 1. Juli (sogar 28. Juni) dauerhaft zu mieten oder bis zum 31. August unterzumieten. Eine Untermiete nur für den Monat August ist ebenfalls möglich.
