The room is the smallest in a 3 room apartment. But the flat has everything you need, from kitchen bathroom balcony to Wifi. it is in a very good condition overall.
The apartment is situated between köln and Düsseldorf in a rural environment. It takes 35 mins to Cologne and 1 h to Düsseldorf central station. So you can easily reach both cities, but you are still in a quiet suburb. We have a supermarket, pharmacy and other little shops. Also good Italian restaurants.
I'm looking for a nice person to share my flat with. I like to go out and stay at home as well. I go biking into the near forest. Would very much like to learn Chinese, because I have friends there but can not communicate. Also open for other activities together.
It is my major goal to help someone who cannot afford so much rent and will help me learn Chinese
