Wir sind eine kleine zweier WG im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung zeichnen sich durch einen Blick auf den Garten im Hinterhof und die hohen Decken aus.
Das Bett ist auf einer Art Zwischenebene und gut über eine Leiter zuerreichen(siehe Bilder). Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die Küche sind möbiliert. Im Zimmer stehen ein Schreibtisch, ein Sekretär, ein Sofa, zwei Ikearegale im Zimmer und eins am Bett. Die Küche wurde vor fast zwei Jahren neueingebaut mit Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd und Spülmaschine.
Der sehr große Garten wird von allen im Haus gemeinsamt genutzt und bietet genug Platz für bspw. Geburtstagsfeiern oder zum Grillen.

We are a small flat share of two on the ground floor. The room and the flat are characterised by a view of the garden in the backyard and the high ceilings.
The bed is on a kind of mezzanine level and easily accessible via a ladder (see pictures). Both the room and the kitchen are furnished. In the room there is a desk, a secretary, a sofa, two Ikea shelves in the room and one by the bed. The kitchen was newly fitted almost two years ago with a fridge, sink, cooker and dishwasher.
The very large garden is shared by everyone in the house and offers enough space for birthday parties or barbecues, for example.
Die Wohnung liegt im studentische Viertel Humboldt/Grember in direkter Nähe zur TH Köln. Über die S-Bahnhaltestelle Trimbornstraße(5 Min) und die KVB-Haltestelle Kalk Post (10 Min) kommt man schnell in die Stadt oder auch weiter Weg(Bf Deutz).
Der nähste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist keine 5 min entfernt und mit der Kalker Hauptstraße und den Köln Arcaden hat man naheliegende Einkaufsmöglickeiten.
Zum Rhein kommt man zu Fuß ebenfalls in unter einer halben Stunde.

The flat is located in the student neighbourhood Humboldt/Grember in direct proximity to TH Köln. Via the S-Bahn stop Trimbornstraße (5 min) and the KVB stop Kalk Post (10 min) you can quickly get into the city or further afield (Bf Deutz). The nearest supermarket (Lidl) is less than 5 minutes away and with the Kalker Hauptstraße and the Köln Arcaden you have nearby shopping facilities. The Rhine can also be reached on foot in less than half an hour.
Du würdest mit Merle, einer 22-jährigen Sonderpädagogik-Studentin zusammen wohnen. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, gehen einen Kaffee trinken, können uns im Altag aber auch gut unseren Freiraum lassen.
Im Haus leben weitestgehend studentische WGs und ein paar Familien.

You would be living with Merle, a 22-year-old special education student. We like to cook together, go for a coffee, but can also give each other our own space in everyday life.
The house is mostly shared by students and a few families.
Wir freuen uns über alle netten Menschen, gerne Studierende oder Azubis, auch aus dem Ausland.
Ich werde in der Zeit ein Auslandssemester machen und würde mein Zimmer zwar leer räumen, aber die Möbel drin lassen.
Dass du gut mit meiner Einrichtung umgehst ist ja selbstverständlich :)

We welcome all nice people, preferably students or trainees, also from abroad.
I will be spending a semester abroad during this time and would empty my room but leave the furniture in it.
It goes without saying that you will take good care of my furniture :)
