Das Zimmer ist ca. 18, 6 m² groß und durch zwei große Fenster von welchen ihr auf einen Park schaut. Desweiteren verfügt das Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad ( Dusche und Waschbecken) Eine "Gästetoilette" befindet sich am Eingang der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zweistöckige und leider ist die Zwischendecke nicht sehr dick, heißt Schritte kann man hören und man sollte nicht zu Geräusch empfindlich sein.

The room is approx. 18, 6 m² in size and has two large windows from which you look out onto a park. Furthermore, the room has its own bathroom (shower and washbasin). A "guest toilet" is located at the entrance of the flat. The flat is on two floors and unfortunately the false ceiling is not very thick, which means you can hear footsteps and you should not be too sensitive to noise.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Hermeskeil Platzes (6 min) wo Du Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Bäcker, Apotheke und eine leckere Eisdiele findest und die Haltestelle der Bahn 9 . Zur Bushaltestelle der Linie 146 Koppensteinstr ist es eine Minute weit entfernt.

The flat is close to Hermeskeil Platz (6 min) where you will find shops such as REWE, bakery, pharmacy and a delicious ice cream parlour and the stop for the 9 tram. The bus stop for line 146 Koppensteinstr is one minute away.
Ich bin im Krankenhaus tätig und habe gelegentlich sehr lange Schichten und bin dann manchmal tagsüber etwas platt . Weiter bin FC Fan und für Film / Koch/ Spiele-abende zu begeistern und mache gerne Sport. Ich respektiere Privatsphaere, nach dem Motto: alles kann und nix muss und möchte die Wohnung nicht regelmäßig als die Partybude anbieten.
Alles Weitere besprechen wir dann am besten bei einem gemeinsamen Kennenlernen.

I work in a hospital and occasionally have very long shifts and am sometimes a bit exhausted during the day. I am also an FC fan and enjoy film / cooking / games evenings and like to do sports. I respect privacy, but also enjoy social events like cooking together, games night for example. but I don't want to offer the flat regularly for parties.
Everything else is best discussed when we get to know each other.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei befristet bis sechs Monate. Vermietet wird nur das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und mit Küchen - Mitbenutzung.
Falls Ihr vorab noch Fragen habt, schreibt mir am besten einfach eine Mail. Die Nebenkosten sind etwas höher, da einmal die Woche eine Raumpflegerin kommt.
