The room is fully furnished and split into two connected spaces: a working/chill room and a bedroom. The working room includes a desk, chair, small table, and two sofas—one smaller, belonging to the tenant, and a larger gray sofa that fits the room perfectly. The gray sofa can also be sold separately if you want to keep it.
The bedroom offers a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers (Kommode), and a chair. With two windows, the room benefits from great ventilation in the summer.
Located on the top floor of the house, it’s peaceful and conveniently next to a spacious bathroom.
This setup provides a cozy, functional space perfect for living and working comfortably.
The house is in the quiet neighborhood of Lövenich and is super well-connected. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn lines 12 and 19, which go straight to Cologne Hauptbahnhof, and the tram line 1 at Weiden Zentrum, a big shopping center. The tram takes you directly to the city center and Cologne Messe/Deutz station. Both stations are easy to reach in just 5-7 minutes.
There are bakeries close by, and Weiden Zentrum has everything you might need—supermarkets like Netto and Rewe, shops like DM and TK Maxx, plus clothing stores and places to grab a snack. It’s a great location with good transport and lots of amenities nearby.
Our WG is a super friendly and welcoming house! Most of the housemates are young, either studying or recently graduated, so it’s got a lively, student-friendly vibe connected to Cologne’s energy. Many of us are into sports or studying something related, so it’s a pretty active and dynamic place.
We enjoy spending time together—chilling in the kitchen, chatting in the evenings, or watching a movie on the weekend. At the same time, we all respect each other’s schedules and personal space, so there’s a good balance.
Since it’s an older house, it does need some care, but we have a weekly cleaning plan that’s shared fairly between everyone, so it’s manageable. Communication is really important here, and we’re always open to helping each other out or giving space when needed.
It’s a chill, caring house, and we’d love to welcome someone who’ll contribute to this warm vibe!
