in der Wohnung wird für 2-3-4 Monate ein Zimmer frei. Ich bin für den Zeitraum in Berlin, das Zimmer hat große 20qm, kann möbliert bezogen werden, es gibt eine große Wohnküche, einen Balkon und eine Badewanne.
Es gibt 'n großen Kühlschrank, man kann hier sehr gut gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen, aber genauso gut seinen eigenen Mist durchziehen. Viele nette Nachbarn, super Lage, alles ganz fein.
Ich bin Ökonom/wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei einem Forschungsinstitut und zurzeit in Berlin für den Sommer und komme ab September wieder nach Köln. Mache viel Sport (Urban Sports), arbeite 3-4 Tage von zuhause aus, gehe gerne aus, klassisches Kulturprogramm (Museen, Ausstellungen, Theater, Kino, uswusw), koche gern, wandern, Radtouren, unternehme was mit Freunden usw. usw.
Im Juni zieht meine Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls aus, dafür suche ich auch Ersatz
Am besten seid ihr bereits etwas WG-erfahren, der Preis mit allem liegt bei 550€

I am an economist/research assistant at a research institute and am currently in Berlin for the summer and will be back in Cologne in September. I do a lot of sport (urban sports), work from home 3-4 days a week, enjoy going out, classic cultural activities (museums, exhibitions, theatre, cinema, etc.), cooking, hiking, cycling, going out with friends, etc. etc.
