Hallo, ich bin Isabel, ich ziehe von meinem schönen Zimmer Ende Januar aus. Mein Mitbewohner Franco mietet eins (Zimmer 18mts). Es kann auch an ein Paar (2 Personen) vermietet werden, ist es kein Problem. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Toilette, Küche und einen kleinen Eingang für Schuhe und Jacken, es ist ohne Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Bereich in der Nähe des DOM-Doms und nur 8 Minuten mit dem Zug und 15 Minuten zur Universität zu Köln,
Rund um das Haus gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufszentren, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann etc. KEINE HAUSTIERE bitte, danke.
Es ist ideal für Studenten, Paare oder ausländische Menschen, einfach ist es völlig einfach, kein luxuriöse oder moderne Ort.

Hi I'm Isabel, I'm moving from my lovely room at the end of January. My roommate Franco rent a (Room 18mts). It can also be rented to a couple ( 2 people ), It is not a problem. The apartment has one toilet, kitchen, and a small entrance for shoes and jackets, it is without living room. The apartment is located in the central area near to the DOM cathedral-and just 8 mins by train and 15 mins to the köln University,
Around the house there are a lot of bars, Restaurants, shopping Centers, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann etc. This room costs 600€ warmiete. No PETS please, thanks.
It is ideal for students, couples or foreign people, just it is completely basic, any luxurious or modern place.

Die Bahnhaltestelle Lohsestraße (Linien 12 und 15) liegt direkt vor der Tür. Der Knotenpunkt Hansaring ist nur 2 Stationen entfernt, genauso wie der Hauptbahnhof und bis zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn nur 15min. Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Bäcker, diverse Döner und Fastfoodläden, Bars) sind alle direkt um die Ecke.

The train station Lohsestraße (lines 12 and 15) is right outside the door. The junction Hansaring is only 2 stops away, as well as the main station and to the university it is by train only 15min. Shops of daily life (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, bakers, various kebabs and fast food stores, bars) are all just around the corner.
Franco kommt aus Peru, ist aber schon seit 8 Jahren im Deutschland. Er ist aufgeschlossen, kocht sehr gerne, geht gerne tanzen, am liebsten Salsa, Reggaeton, Bachata etc. In Peru hat er jahrelang als Reiseführer und Tattoo Künstler gearbeitet und hat auch hier einen geregelten Job.

Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich, sorry...
