Hey ihr Lieben! (:
Ich bin auf der Suche nach eine*r/m Zwischenmieter*In.
Die Zwischenmiete beläuft sich vom 18.09.24 - 30.09.24!
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG :). Kochen, Essen, Bier- und Kaffeetrinken macht auf jeden Fall zusammen mehr Spaß, aber ist natürlich jedem selbst überlassen! Unsere Wohnung ist schön-bunt und und hier wird gut gelebt.
Du würdest mit den Liebsten zusammen wohnen: Maria (34), Clara (30), Timo (44), Oli (44) und Flo (35).
Wir wohnen im letzten Stock, und haben dadurch Zugang auf zwei wundervolle Dachterassen und eine unglaublich tolle Aussicht, die einen manchmal glauben lässt man wäre im Urlaub! :')
Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber liebevoll mit Vintage - Möbeln ausgestattet, einem praktischen Klapptisch, einem 1,40m breitem Bett und mit wohligen Pflanzen dekoriert.
Da es jetzt auch eher spontan ist, werden die Termine für die Besichtigungen auch spontan ausgemacht.
Schreibt einfach mal paar Zeilen über euch und auch wieso ihr auch was zur Zwischenmiete sucht.

I am looking for a temporary rental tenant.
The interim rent is from 18.09.24 - 30.09.24!
We are not a functional flat share :). Cooking, eating, drinking beer and coffee is definitely more fun together, but of course it's up to you! Our apartment is beautiful and colorful and we live well here.
You would live together with your nearest and dearest: Maria (34), Clara (30), Timo (44), Oli (44) and Flo (35).
We live on the top floor, so we have access to two wonderful roof terraces and an unbelievably great view that sometimes makes you think you're on vacation! :')
The room is rather small, but lovingly furnished with vintage furniture, a 1.40m wide bed and decorated with cozy plants.
As it is also rather spontaneous now, the dates for viewings are also arranged spontaneously.
Just write a few lines about yourself and why you are also looking for something to rent.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zülpicher Platz und Rudolfplatz, nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von hier aus erreicht man bequem jeden Teil von Köln. ;-) Trotz der zentralen Lage befinden wir uns in einer ruhigen Straße im Dachgeschoss mit zwei wundervollen Dachterrassen.
Hinzu kommt, dass wir in der Nähe von dem unsagbar tollem Rathenauplatz wohnen, auf dem man auf alle Fälle seine Seele baumeln lassen kann - sei es im Biergarten, neben den Boulé - Spieler*Innen, Tischtennisplatten oder auch sonntags bei den Liveacts.

Our apartment is located in the immediate proximity of Zülpicher Platz and Rudolfplatz, only a 5-minute walk away. From here you can easily reach any part of Cologne ;-) Despite the central location, we are in a quiet street on the top floor with two wonderful roof terraces.
Jeder von uns ist berufstätig. Wir feiern vielleicht paar mal im Jahr bei uns eine Party, sonst ist es bei uns im Allgemeinen eher ruhig, was uns allen wichtig ist.
Unser Zusammenleben ist geprägt von Entspanntheit und Respekt füreinander. Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohnerin, die ihr Herz am rechten Fleck hat und gemeinsam mit uns eine harmonische WG-Atmosphäre schaffen möchte.
