Helles Zimmer in 3er WG an der Stadtgrenze zu Köln

Schön, dass du auf unsere Anzeige gestoßen bist! Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er-WG in Efferen an der Stadtgrenze zu Köln.

Zur WG:
Ich (Annabelle) werde nach über zwei Jahren, nach Abschluss meines Masterstudiums, die WG verlassen und wieder näher in Richtung meiner Heimat ziehen und überlasse dir mein schönes Zimmer.

Pooh ist 28 Jahre alt, arbeitet in Teilzeit und belegt gerade einen Deutschkurs. Sie lebt seit 4,5 Jahren in der WG und ist meistens unterwegs, da ihr Zeitplan recht voll ist. An ihren freien Tagen genießt sie ihre Ruhe. Grundsätzlich ist sie offen dafür, gemeinsam Filme und Serien zu schauen oder zu kochen, wenn gemeinsame Interessen bestehen. Leider bleibt ihr dafür nur selten Zeit. Sie ist Vegetarierin, liebt Tiere und die Natur, und treibt ab und zu gerne Sport.

Kevin ist 25 Jahre alt, kommt ursprünglich aus dem Norden und wohnt seit etwa einem Jahr in der WG. Er studiert Sportwissenschaften an der Sporthochschule Köln im dritten Semester. In seiner Freizeit spielt er aktiv Fußball im Verein und trainiert eine Jugendmannschaft. Auch er ist, wenn es sein Zeitplan zulässt, immer offen für einen gemeinsamen Filme- oder Kochabend.

Wen wir suchen:
Die Vorgabe der Vermieterin ist, dass ausschließlich Studierende in die WG einziehen dürfen. Außerdem muss eine Elternbürgschaft vorgelegt werden, und du solltest kein lautes Instrument spielen.

Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohnerin ab 23 Jahren, die Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legt. Eine vegetarische Lebensweise wäre wünschenswert und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Unsere WG ist keine Party-WG, wir bevorzugen es ruhig und ohne laute Aktivitäten. Rauchen, Haustiere und laute Instrumente sind nicht erwünscht.
Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und eine Regelung zur Müllentsorgung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir alle gemeinsam Verantwortung dafür übernehmen, dass die WG ordentlich bleibt.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses und hat drei WG-Zimmer, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine top ausgestattete, große Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und einen großen Balkon mit Palettenmöbeln und einer Sitzgelegenheit.

Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, hat ein Fenster nach Norden und ist teilmöbliert. Ein Schreibtisch, ein Regal, ein kleiner Beistelltisch und ein Rollcontainer gehören der Vermieterin. Außerdem gibt es ein Bett, ein Sideboard und weitere Einrichtungsgegenstände, die du für einen Betrag von 130€ von mir übernehmen solltest.

Der wunderschöne Decksteiner Weiher ist von der Wohnung fußläufig erreichbar. Dort kann man joggen, spazieren gehen oder es sich gemütlich machen, ein Buch lesen und die Kulisse genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig erreichbar ein Rewe und ein Lidl sind knapp 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Universität zu Köln ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super: Mit der Linie 18 gelangst du in 25 Minuten zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten zur Universität zu Köln. Zudem gibt es ein Fitnessstudio im Industriegebiet in Efferen, welches 7 Minuten entfernt ist. Falls du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es im Fahrradschuppen abstellen. Parkplätze für Autos gibt es kostenlos in der Nachbarschaft.

We’re glad you found our ad! We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-person flatshare in Efferen, on the outskirts of Cologne.

About the flat:
I (Annabelle) will be leaving the flat after more than two years, having completed my master’s degree, and I’ll be moving back closer to my hometown, leaving my beautiful room to you.

Pooh is 28 years old, works part-time, and is currently taking a German course. She has been living in the flat for 4.5 years and is mostly on the go, as her schedule is quite busy. On her days off, she enjoys her peace and quiet. She is generally open to watching movies and series or cooking together, if there are shared interests, though she rarely has time for it. She is vegetarian, loves animals and nature, and enjoys doing sports occasionally.

Kevin is 25 years old, originally from the North, and has been living here for about a year. He is studying sports science at the Cologne Sports University in his third semester. In his free time, he actively plays football in a club and coaches a youth team. He is also, when his schedule allows, always open to a movie night or cooking together.

Who we are looking for:
The landlord requires that only students move into the flat. Additionally, a parental guarantee is required, and you should not play any loud instruments.

We are looking for a female flatmate above the age of 23, who values cleanliness and order. A vegetarian lifestyle would be ideal, and speaking English is an advantage. This is not a party flat; we prefer it quiet and without loud activities. Smoking, pets, and loud instruments are not allowed.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule and a garbage disposal plan. It is important to us that we all share the responsibility of keeping the flat tidy.

About the apartment:
The apartment is located on the top floor of a multi-party building and has three flatshare rooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped, large kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a TV, and a spacious balcony with pallet furniture and seating.

The room is 16 m², has a window facing north, and is partly furnished. A desk, shelf, small side table, and rolling cabinet are provided by the landlord. Additionally, there is a bed, a sideboard, and other furniture items that you would need to take over from me for €130.

The beautiful Decksteiner Weiher is within walking distance of the apartment. You can go jogging there, go for a walk or make yourself comfortable, read a book and enjoy the scenery. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance - a Rewe and a Lidl are just 10 minutes away. The University of Cologne is 20 minutes away by bike. You can reach a gym in 7 minutes which is located at an industry site in Efferen. If you have a bicycle, you can store it in the bike shed. Free parking is available for cars in the neighborhood.
