Hi everyone,
I am leaving my room (earliest move in date October 12; latest move in date November 1st). You would be living with my flatmate Harish whom I had a great time with (he is also looking for his own flat or new room, so you would potentially be able to find a new flatmate for yourself soon). The area is great (Heumarkt), however it gets quite noisy during the weekends (mainly evening and night) due to the clubs and bars next to the apartment. Especially people who travel during weekends or party themselves should be fine in this case :) I think the best impression is made in person so if you would like to check out the apartment for yourself and meet my current flatmate even if you might not be living together for a long time, let me know and we can arrange a call or visit.

ich verlasse mein Zimmer (frühester Einzugstermin 12. Oktober; spätester Einzugstermin 1. November). Ihr würdet mit meinem Mitbewohner Harish zusammenwohnen, mit dem ich eine tolle Zeit hatte (er sucht auch eine eigene Wohnung oder ein neues Zimmer, also könntet ihr eventuell bald eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für euch finden). Die Gegend ist toll (Heumarkt), allerdings wird es an den Wochenenden (vor allem abends und nachts) wegen der Clubs und Bars neben der Wohnung ziemlich laut. Vor allem Leute, die am Wochenende verreisen oder selbst feiern, sollten in diesem Fall gut zurechtkommen :) Ich denke, den besten Eindruck bekommt man persönlich, wenn Du also die Wohnung selbst besichtigen und meinen derzeitigen Mitbewohner kennenlernen möchtest, auch wenn ihr vielleicht nicht lange zusammen wohnen würdet, lass es mich wissen und wir können einen Anruf oder Besuch vereinbaren.
