Hallo liebe Leute!
Zum Januar 2025 wird mein Zimmer in unserer schönen Haus-WG für 2 Monate frei.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet (Bett, Regale, Kleiderstange).
Es ist hell und mit eigenem Zugang zum Balkon. Morgens scheint schön die Sonne rein.
Ich lasse mein Bett (Hat darunter Stauraum) zur Nutzung drin, für Klamotten stehen Regal/Kommode und eine Kleiderstange zur Verfügung.
Bei Bedarf können ein Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Alle Gegenstände werden vermietet (kein Überlass).
Die Pflanzen werden größtenteils mitgenommen und müssen nicht gepflegt werden.
Für das Bett (selbstgebaut) nehme ich einen kleinen Abschlag (50 Euro), der bei schonender Nutzung wieder vollständig zurückerstattet wird.

In January 2025 my room in our beautiful shared WG-house will be available for 2 months.
The room will be rented partially furnished (bed, shelves, clothes rail).
It is bright and has its own access to the balcony. The sun shines in nicely during morning hours.
I will leave my bed (has storage space underneath) in it, there are shelves/dressers and a clothes rail for clothes.
A desk and office chair can be provided if required.
All things are rented out (not given away).
Most of the plants will be taken along and don't need to be looked after.
For the bed (self-built) I will take a small payment (50 euros), which is fully refundable if the bed carefully.

Das Haus liegt in Braunsfeld direkt an der Haltestelle Eupenerstraße (1 Min zu Fuß). Von dort ist man mit Linie 1 in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, 20 Min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der Stadtwald (großer Park zum Joggen etc.) ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

The house is located in Braunsfeld directly at the tram stop Eupenerstraße (1 min walk). From there you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes with line 1 and the main station in about 20 minutes.
The city forest park (large park for jogging etc.) is a 10-minute walk away.

Bislang haben wir zu sechst als gemeinschaftliche WG im Haus gewohnt. Ab März löst sich die WG auf wegen Eigenbedarf durch die Eigentümer. Weil einige von uns bereits früher ausziehen, ist die WG Konstellation für die verbleibenden zwei Monate unklar. Wir achten bei der Zusammensetzung der Unter/Nachmieter*innen aber darauf, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt. Auch wenn es nur ein kurzer Zeitraum ist, soll es keine Zweck-WG sein.
Hier gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, das Zusammenleben zu gestalten, bisher haben wir z.B. gern zusammen gekocht, gefeiert, Spiele gespielt oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen gemacht.
Das Haus ist groß und besteht aus insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten, die jedoch alle miteinander verbunden sind. Das Zimmer liegt in der obersten Wohneinheit (Küche und Bad werden mit 1 Person geteilt).
Es stehen zudem ein großer Dachboden (Wohnzimmer, Homeoffice etc.), ein großer Garten und ein kleiner sonniger Vorgarten als Gemeinschaftsflächen zur Verfügung.

Until now, we have lived in the house as a co-living community with 6 people. From March 25 onwards, the WG will be terminated due to the owners' own requirements. As some of us are moving out earlier, the flat-share constellation for the remaining two months is unclear. However, when choosing the subtenants/new flatmates, we want to make sure that there is a good vibe and people get along. Even if it is only for a short period of time, it should not be merely a purpose-built WG.
There are many ways to organise living together here, so far we've enjoyed cooking together, partying, playing games or doing things together, etc.
The house is large and consists of 3 own flats in total, but they are all connected. The room is in the top unit (kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 person).
There is also a large attic (living room, home office etc.), a large garden and a small sunny front garden as communal areas that can be used.
