Hello! I’m renting out my small but very cozy bedroom for one month, from December 23rd to January 24th. The rent is €450 for the month, with an additional €200 deposit.
The room is compact but very comfortable, featuring a bed with storage drawers underneath, multiple bookshelves for all your favorite reads, and a desk with a chair—perfect for studying or working. It’s bright and welcoming and there’s ample storage to keep everything neat and organized.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes from Aachener Str., meaning everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and bars. The flat is also very well connected, with the Mölkestr. stop (lines 1 and 7) just around the corner. Additionally, Köln West Bahnhof (with lines 3, 4, 5, and RE) is nearby for easy access to public transportation.
The flat has an entrance, a spacious kitchen/dining/chill area, a shower, and a separate toilet. There’s also a small room that connects the bedrooms.The flat is shared with 2 really sweet girls, though they’ll be on and off during the holiday period. Life in the flat is very easy-going, as we share chores and occasionally enjoy tea or dinner together.
Our 4th flatmate is a very loving cat who enjoys napping around the apartment and is always happy to receive some cuddles!
