Kurz und knapp:
Das Einzugsdatum ist der 1. Juni und der Zeitraum wäre flexibel. Die Wohnung ist saniert und modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist 17qm und wird teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert (1x Bett, 1x Kommode) untervermietet. Dazu gehört ein privates Balkon (Südseite). Auf dem Balkon ist eine große Essecke, die im Sommer einfach nur geil ist :D. Mir ist es schon wichtig eine Art Testphase einzuführen, weil ich gerne eine*n Mitbewohner*in hätte, mit der*m man im Einklang ist.
Der*die Nachmieter*in wird sich mit mir, Eithan, die Wohnung teilen. Ich habe Int Business studiert und bin seit 5 Jahren berufstätig, aber irgendwann habe ich für mich verstanden, dass Arbeit nicht alles ist und habe daher meinen Fokus auf Reisen gelegt. Obwohl ich das ungerne von mir sage, würden mich Leute und Friends als Digital Nomad bezeichnen (ich mag wirklich den Begriff nicht :D). Außerdem gehe ich gerne essen, lege auf und verbringe auch gerne Zeit zuhause. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass man sich menschlich gut versteht und gemeinsame Interessen bzw. eine ähnliche Art und Weise hat.
Ich verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinem*r Mitbewohner*in und lege schon sehr viel Wert auf den Umgang miteinander, aber manchmal will man nur alleine im Zimmer hocken und das ist völlig okay :)

Hi everybody,
Short version:
The date to move in June and rent period is flexible.
The new roomie will share the flat with me, Eithan. I studied Int Business and have been working for the last 5 years but realized that there's more to life than work and therefore, I travel as much as possible. I'm very interested into culture, food, music (techno), DJing but I also chill happily at home. Therefore, it's for me very important to have a good basis with my roomie and that we have similar values/interests since I don't see a roomie as just a person that pays the rent. However, we all need our me time and that's more than welcome :)
If you feel like already being part of such a WG just send a message telling what are you doing in CGN and in general about you.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle -Weinsbergstrasse/Gürtel (Linie 13)- liegt direkt vor der Tür und die Venlorstrasse wie der Ehrenfelder Bahnhof nur 10 min zu Fuß. Daher hat die Wohnung eine ausgezeichnete Lage/Verbindung.
In der Gegend sind zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten. Ehrenfeld ist auch bekannt für seinen künstlerischen Flair und Nachtleben.
