We offer a room in a our house, located in Hvidovre North. You will be living with us in your own room and will have your own entrance. We are a Danish family of four, having previously lived in Spain.
The room:
12m2 with a small extra room available for maintaining storage and equipped with your own shower and faucet (+ 6m2). We would welcome medium- and long term stays.
The house is situated next to a large park with a lake and access to outdoor gym facilities. Public transportation is available via bus and S-train and the city center main square (next to the City Hall) is reachable within 20 minutes. Further green areas and woods are nearby, while there is also access to supermarkets, bakery etc. within a 10 minute walk.
The right tenant:
We are hoping to find an amicable, responsible woman, who is comfortable around children and would be interested in living with us and in collaboration make the household work.
In exchange for low rent, we would need help in picking up our two sons (12 min walking distance, 3 on the bike) and doing small household chores (to be determined together).
We are a young family of four, with two boys aged 5 and 8, hoping to open our home to an international - exposing our children to another language and getting a bit of help when needed for our active family life.
Mikkel works with transformation management, Asta Viola works with Event Management and both boys are now in school, close to home.
The room comes with free fiber internet and Netflix. It's possible to borrow a stereo and tv, so there is a bit of equipment besides furniture.
