Im Zimmer stehen Kleiderschrank, Regal und Bett zur Verfügung.
Die Wände weisen Gebrauchsspuren auf, diese können gerne nach Wunsch renoviert werden oder auch einfach so gelassen werden. In der Küche, Esszimmer und im Flur sind Fliesen verlegt. Das Bad hat PVC Boden und beinhaltet die Toilette, Waschbecken und eine Badewanne.
Die gut erhaltene Küche mit Spülmaschine steht euch genauso wie die Essnische mit Eckbank und Tisch und als optimalen Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung.
Ein Bewohner hat bereits einen DSL-Vertrag. Mit ihm werden sich dann die Kosten geteilt.

we are looking for a friendly tenant for the small room in the shared appartment. The room is for rent from 1 March for an indefinite period.
In the room are closet, shelf and bed available.
The walls show signs of use, these can be renovated as desired or simply left as is. There are tiles in the kitchen, dining room and hallway. The bathroom has PVC floor and includes the toilet, sink and a bathtub.
The well-maintained kitchen with dishwasher is at your disposal as well as the dining niche with corner bench and table and as an optimal common room.
One resident already has a DSL contract. With him the costs are shared.
