Da ich im August mein Auslandssemester antrete, gebe ich mein WG Zimmer für das kommende Wintersemester 2025/26 ab.
Das Zimmer liegt im 2. Stockwerk und ist voll möbliert - Bett, Nachttisch, 4 Kästen, Couch, Schreibtisch + Bürosessel. Das Zimmer bietet eine sehr gute Aussicht über die Stadt.
Es gibt eine Toilette sowie ein Badezimmer welches sich die Bewohner teilen (Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, 2 Waschbecken). Es gibt einen allgemeinen Aufenthaltsbereich wo man an einem Tisch gemeinsam essen kann. In der Küche kann man Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und den Geschirrspüler benutzen.
Die WG Bewohner organisieren sich bezüglich Putz der Wohnung - jeder Bewohner ist einmal im Monat mit der Reinigung dran.

As I am starting my semester abroad in August, I am giving up my room for the coming winter semester 2025/26.
The room is on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished - bed, bedside table, 4 boxes, couch, desk + office chair. The room offers a very good view over the city.
There is a toilet and a bathroom shared by the residents (shower, bathtub, washing machine, 2 sinks). There is a common lounge area where you can eat together at a table. In the kitchen you can use the stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The residents organize the cleaning of the apartment - each resident is responsible for cleaning once a month.
