Es wird ein ca. 15m² großes Zimmer vermietet welches auf dem Letzten Bild zu sehen ist.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein großes Badezimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer eignet sich perfekt wenn man mehrere Leute zu besuch hat, außerdem ist Wohnzimmer/Küche bereits Voll möbliert und es muss selber nichts dazu gekauft werden.
Das Badezimmer ist auch angenehm groß und bietet eine Dusche sowie Badewanne.
Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und man hat keine direkten Nachbarn.
Zu Fuß sind es nur weniger Minuten zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Fast-Fast Restaurants und mehr.
Das WG leben ist generell ruhig.
Der bleibende Mitbewohner ist unter der Woche viel weg da er in Meppen seine Ausbildung macht, und sonst am Wochenende nicht viel die Wohnräume beansprucht, somit kam es auch nie zu Problemen :)
Die Monatlichen Kosten sind 450€ Fix und deckt Strom, Gas und Internet
Somit kommen keine extra kosten hinzu.
