Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner 2er-WG. Es ist ca 20 qm groß mit hohen Decken, kostet 475 Euro/mtl, ist voll möbliert und befindet sich im Westen Leipzigs, in einer Seitenstraße der Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Schön sonnig und Platz für workout oder yoga 🤗Es ist ab dem 01.05 (dieser Termin ist fest) für ungefähr ein halbes Jahr frei, ihr könnt mir aber gern sagen, falls ihr es länger (oder kürzer) braucht; wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung! Schreibt mir gern eine Nachricht! J 🐣
I am renting out a room in my shared flat. It's almost 20 square metres with high ceilings, 475 euros/month, fully furnished and is located in the west of Leipzig, in a side street off Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Nice and sunny and space for workout or yoga 🤗It's available for about half a year, but feel free to let me know if you need it for longer(or shorter); I am sure we can find a solution! Der Lidl ist vielleicht 200 Meter entfernt und die Straßenbahn (Georg-Schwarz/Merseburger Straße) etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.Die Nachbarn sind super nett, das Viertel ist belebt, ich für meinen Teil wohne hier sehr sehr gerne :)
The Lidl is maybe 200 meters away and the tram station (Georg-Schwarz/Merseburger Straße) about 5 minutes away, the neighbors are super nice, the neighborhood is lively, I for my part like living here very much :)
Ich bin als Musikerin gut und gerne unterwegs und zu Hause habe ich meinen Rückzugsort, bin aber sehr gesprächig und immer gut gelaunt. Kommunizieren kann man mit mir gut , ob man einen Rat/ ein Ohr braucht oder einfach mal Ruhe haben will, sag mir einfach Bescheid :) Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit Clara, komm doch mal vorbei und lern uns kennen :)
