B. wird für ein halbes Jahr (ungefähr) im Erasmus sein. Für die Zeit suchen wir eine Person, die Bock hätte, im Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zu wohnen - das Zimmer ist dann möbiliert.
Hard Facts:
- 360€ warm, inklusive allem, also Miete, Nebenkosten Gas/Strom, Internet und GEZ (falls du das nicht stemmen kannst, können wir auch drüber quatschen, wär auch ok damit, eine Art Solimiete zu machen)
- 110€ pro Monat in Haushalts- und geteiltes-Essen-Kasse (vegan/vegetarisch)
- 19qm Südzimmer, viel Sonne, möbiliert ähnlich wie auf Bild und mit Pflanzen, die gerne überleben würden :)
- Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Balkon, Keller, Abstellkammer, bisschen Wiese im Hinterhof (es kann gut gegrillt werden)
- wir suchen am liebsten eine FLINTA* Person (Frauen, Lesben, inter*, nicht-binäre, trans* oder agender Personen), sind aber eine all-gender WG
- wir sind alle weiß und einige sind queer
- die Wohnung ist leider NICHT barriere-frei (Treppen, enge Flure, Lautstärke, schmale Türen etc.)

- B will be gone for about 6 month, so we are chearching for someone that would like to stay with us in the meantime. there is furniture in the room
- the rent in total will be 360€, incl. electricity, heating, wifi and GEZ (if u can't afford 365€ we can talk about it and try to find a solution, e.g. collecting money or sharing some expenses)
- 110€ per month for food/cleaning equipment etc (vegetarian/vegan)
- room faces towards South, 19 sqm, with plants
- big kitchen, balcony, basement, spaces for bikes, small storage room, small green backyard
- we're looking for FLINTA* people (very german acronym, which means the following groups of people: Women, Lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans* or agender individuals), but we're an all gender WG/flat
- we're all white and some are queer
- the flat is NOT accessible (stairs, narrow hallways, can be noisy, narrow door frames etc.)

- B part pour un semestre d'Erasmus, alors la chambre est vide pour 6 mois. la chambre est meublée
- loyer tout inclus est à 360€ ( y compris fraises pour l'électricité, chauffage, wifi, GEZ ) ( si jamais c'est trop pour toi à payer, on peut en discuter et trouver une solution pour t'aider à couvrir le loyer, par exemple faire une cantine solidaire ou partager l'argent qui reste à être reglé )
- on achète toute la nourriture etc. ensemble (y compris des outils pour nettoyer/faire la menage), alors on jette tous.tes 110€ par mois dans un caisse partagé (on ne mange pas de viande chez nous)
- chambre direction sud, 19 m^2, il y a des plantes
- l'appartement a une grande cuisine, balcon, sous-sol, petit pièce pour ranger du bibelot, un tout petit pelouse derrière la maison
- on est à la recherche des personnes FLINTA* uniquement ( c'est un acronyme très allemand qui veut dire, qu'on cherche des personnes qui sont femmes, lesbien.ne, inter*, non-binaire, trans* ou agenre ; on pourrait dire que "FLINTA*-only" = "mixité choisie sans mec cis" ), mais notre coloc est en mixité
- on est tous.tes des personnes blanches et y a des colocs queers
- l'appartement n'est PAS accessible ( escaliers, couloir étroit, parfois bcp de bruit, portes étroites etc )

An einer befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster sind ziemlich gut schallisoliert, mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist aber uns meistens zu laut. Unten gibt's direkt Bus und Bahn, einen Späti, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bäcker und Parks gibt's auch alles in Laufnähe.

The appartment is next to a busy street, but the windows are doing a pretty good job at noise cancelling the outside world once closed. Public transport is only meters away and Spätis, supermarkets, cafés, bakery and public parks are in walking distance.

l'appartement est situé proche d'une rue très fréquentée, mais les fenêtres sont très bien à éliminer le bruit quand fermées. transport public est accessible directement en face de l'appartement et il y a un Späti ( épicerie de nuit ) et pleins des supermarchés, cafés, boulangeries, parcs publics.. dans le quartier

Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind auch sehr sweet, studieren bzw. in der Ausbildung und sind hier und da in Polit-Projekten eingebunden, machen Sport, basteln und weiteres. Gerne kochen wir gemeinsam oder schauen abends Filme, gehen zu Solibars, mal zu Partys oder an den See. Dabei achten wir immer auf die Schlaf- und Aufstehenszeiten anderer, zwei von uns müssen häufig früh zur Arbeit (keine Party-WG!).
Wir haben eine gemeinsame Haushaltskasse + geteiltes Essen (110€ im Monat pro Person). Wir essen vegetarisch/vegan, wenn wir gemeinsam essen immer vegan. Wir haben Bock auf offene Kommunikation und die Repro-Arbeit allgemein wird geteilt, wir haben einen Putzplan. Außerdem machen wir ab und zu Plenum. Außer Essen und Repro-Arbeit teilen wir einen (queer-)feministischen, antirassistischen und antikapitalistischen (etc.) Grundkonsens. Wir wollen in der Wohnung aufeinander achten.
Bonus: Der Späti Kiez-Kontor ist 0,2 min zu Fuß entfernt und aus einem Fenster kannst du immer gucken, ob deine Friends gerade vorm Atxxi chillen.
Leider hat eine Person eine Katzenhaarallergie, weshalb wir keine Katzen aufnehmen können :-(( Hund ist aber ok.

Your flat mates are pretty nice as well, they study or do a job formation and are from time to time active in social or political struggles.
We share the expanses for food and everything that's in the fridge (so we all pay 110€ per month into our shared household treasure box ;) ), we want to communicate openly and share reproductive work (cleaning, cooking etc). We meet regularly to organize daily living. Meaning we're more of a family than living together to save money.
Bonus: The Späti Kiez-Kontor is only 0.2 mins away by foot and out of one window you can allways check if your friends are chilling in front of the Atxxi.
Additionally to food and reproductive labour, we also share (queer-)feminist, antiracist and anticapitalist (etc.) core values. We want to take care of each other.
One person is allergic to cats, so taking in a cat is sadly noch option :-(( dogs are ok tho.

Tes colocs sont très chou, font des études ou une formation et sont plus ou moins actif.ve.s dans la lutte et petites assos militantes.
Nous partageons les courses et tout qui est dans le frigo (alors on jette tous.tes 110€ par mois dans notre petit caisse partagé), et les taches quotidiennes et une communication ouverte est bien important pour nous. Nous faisons des réus d'une façon régulière. On est plutôt famille qu'habiter ensemble pour économiser l'argent koi :)
En plus : L'épicerie de nuit Kiez-Kontor ( Späti ) est que à 0,2 mins à pied et tu peux toujours chequer par une fenêtre si tes potes sont en train de chiller devant l'Atxxi.
Une personne est allergique aux chats, alors malheureusement on peut pas hérberger des chats :-(( mais par contre pas de problèmes pour les chiens.
Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, manche auch Französisch.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 9. September zum Einzug frei.
