Wir vermieten ein gemütliches, voll möbliertes Zimmer (15 m²) in unserer Zweier-WG in sehr schöner Lage in Alt Lindenau, Leipzig. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 140 cm Bett, einem großen Spiegelschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Teppich und einer Couch. Zusätzlich gibt es Zugang zu einem Balkon (Rauchen bitte nur dort).
Die WG verfügt über ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer (ca. 18 m²), eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein gemeinsames Bad.
Miete: 390 € pro Monat (inklusive Internet, Nebenkosten und Strom)
Kaution: 150 €
Anbindung: Straßenbahnlinien 8 und 15 sowie S-Bahn/DB Stationen Plagwitz und Lindenau in Laufnähe

We are renting a cozy, fully furnished room (15 m²) in our two-person shared apartment in a beautiful location in Alt Lindenau, Leipzig. The room is equipped with a 140 cm bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a carpet, and a couch. Additionally, there is access to a balcony (smoking only permitted there).
The shared apartment features a large, cozy living room (about 18 m²), a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
Rent: €390 per month (including internet, utilities, and electricity)
Deposit: €150
Transport connections: Tram lines 8 and 15, as well as S-Bahn/DB stations Plagwitz and Lindenau, are within walking distance.

Philipp, dein Mitbewohner, wird für sein Studium nach Halle umziehen. Bisher war die WG von aktivem WG-Leben geprägt, also keine Zweck-WG. Wie sich das in den anderthalb Monaten mit dir gestaltet bestimmst natürlich auch du mit. Das große Wohnzimmer bietet viel Raum. Du hast jedoch auch viel Raum. für Rückzug. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bisher wurde auch oft gemeinsam gekocht.
