mein lieber Mitbewohner verzieht aus beruflichen Gründen an die Ostsee und ich suche einen lieben Mitbewohner für sein ruhiges und helles WG-Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist zur Westseite gelegen und mit schönen Sonnenuntergangs-Ausblick, Vogelgezwitscher und hell und ruhig, weil es zum Hinterhof heraus liegt. Das Zimmer liegt neben der Küche und die Wände sind nicht super-dick, weil es ein Altbau ist. Ab und an hört man leichte Geräusche von den Nachbarn, aber Nachts ist es absolut still. Ich möchte dir ein ruhiges Wohnen ermöglichen und habe zur Schallisolierung extra noch eine Dämmschicht an die Tür angebracht.
Ich bin meistens nur tagsüber in der Küche oder wenn ich frühmorgens vor der Arbeit drin bin, wird das alles leise geschehen. Ich brauche selbst Ruhe für Schlaf und Konzentration und will dir natürlich das gleiche bieten.
Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig, aber komplett ausgestattet mit netter Küchen-Couch, 50Mbit-Wifi-Internet, Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Sie liegt im Leipziger Westen in schönen Neu-Lindenau. Der Lindenauer Hafen und der Karl-Heine-Kanal sind in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist toll für längere Spaziergänge im Grünen und liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Seitenstraße im 1.OG. Im Fahrradkeller können Fahrräder abgestellt werden und Supermärkte und Imbissbuden sind in 5min Fußläufig erreichbar. Weiterer Bonus vorab: Meine Gitarre darf gespielt werden ;)
***Wichtig***: KEINE Parties und KEINE Raucher erwünscht.
Das Zimmer ist mit Schreibtisch, Schränken, Sessel und Matratze komplett möbliert und die WG-Komplett ausgestattet. Du brauchst nichts mitzubringen. Dinge des täglichen WG-Gebrauchs wie Öl und Gewürze und dürfen gerne mitbenutzt werden, sollten aber ggf. nachgekauft werden.
Schreibt bitte einpaar Sätze über euch und warum ihr das Zimmer möchtet - sonst habe ich den Eindruck, ihr hättet die Anzeige hier nicht gelesen.

my dear roommate is leaving the flat for a new ob at the baltic sea and I'm looking for a new flatmate for his calm and bright room.
The apartment is not huge but fully equipped with a nice kitchen-couch, 50Mbit wifi internet, bathtub, shower and washing machine. It is located in the west of Leipzig in beautiful Neu-Lindenau. The Lindenau harbor and the Karl-Heine Canal are close by. The area is great for long walks in the countryside and is located in a relatively quiet side street on the 1st floor. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar and supermarkets and takeaways are a 5-minute walk away. Another bonus in advance: My guitar can be played ;)
***Important***: NO parties and NO smokers welcome.
The room is fully furnished with a desk, cupboards, armchair and mattress and the shared flat is fully equipped. You don't need to bring anything with you. You are welcome to use everyday items such as oil and spices, but you may need to buy them later.

mi querido compañero de piso se va para empezar un nuevo trabajo en el mar baltico, asi que estoy buscando un nuevo compañero para su habitación bonita, tranquila y luminosa.
La habitación está orientada al oeste y tiene una hermosa vista de la puesta de sol, canto de los pájaros y es brillante y tranquilo, ya que da al patio trasero. La habitación está al lado de la cocina y las paredes no son super gruesas porque es un edificio antiguo. De vez en cuando se oye algo de ruido de los vecinos, pero por la noche es absolutamente tranquilo. Quiero que vivas en paz y tranquilidad y he añadido una capa extra de aislamiento a la puerta para insonorizar.
Normalmente sólo estoy en la cocina durante el día o cuando estoy allí temprano por la mañana antes del trabajo, así que todo está tranquilo. Yo mismo necesito paz y tranquilidad para dormir y concentrarme, y por supuesto quiero ofrecerte lo mismo.
El piso no es enorme, pero está totalmente equipado con una bonita cocina-cocina, internet wifi de 50Mbit, bañera, ducha y lavadora. Se encuentra en el oeste de Leipzig en la hermosa Neu-Lindenau. El puerto de Lindenau y el canal Karl Heine están cerca. La zona es ideal para dar largos paseos por el campo y se encuentra en una calle lateral relativamente tranquila en la 1ª planta. Las bicicletas se pueden guardar en el sótano de bicicletas y supermercados y comida para llevar están a 5 minutos a pie. Otro bono de antemano: Mi guitarra se puede tocar ;)
***Importante***: NO se admiten fiestas y NO se admiten fumadores.
La habitación está totalmente amueblada con escritorio, armarios, sillón y colchón y el piso compartido está totalmente equipado. No necesitas traer nada contigo. Puedes utilizar artículos de uso cotidiano como aceite y especias, pero es posible que tengas que comprarlos más adelante.
Por favor, escribe unas frases sobre ti y por qué te gustaría alquilar interinamente la habitación durante las 4 Semanas - de lo contrario tengo la impresión de que no habrías visto el anuncio aquí
Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, weil es eine Nebenstraße mit wenig Verkehr zur Lützner-Straße ist. Altlindenau ist kein Szene-Party-Viertel aber man ist dennoch schnell in 5min mit dem Rad im schönen Plagwitz an die Karl-Heine-Straße mit Bars, Spätis, Kinos und Straßenlebenflair und mehr.
In nem kleinen Park nebenan gibts Tischtennisplatten und ich habe auch eine Kelle für dich :).
Wer Natur mag: Der etwas größere Schönauer Park ist nah dran und man kann von hier aus schön und recht weit ins Grüne spazieren (schaut mal selbst auf der Karte nach) und der Kulkwitzer-See ist auch in 20min per Rad oder Tram erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Imbissbuden sind um die Ecke (Netto, Konsum, toller Handwerks-Bäcker, ne gute Döner-Bude und Asia-Laden).

It is a calm flat, because it is in a calm side-street to the Lütznerstreet. Altlindenau is not a popular-cultural-live-hood but it it is close to the beautiful Plagwitz, where you can go to in 5min by bike to the the Karl-Heine-Street with its bars, cinemas, latenightshops, streetlife etc.
For Nature-Friends: There is two smaller parks with table-tennis close by and i also have a bat for you :)...and there is even a bigger park (called Schönauer Park) close by and you can have nice long walks in the nature from here (check it on the map) and the Kulkwitzer Lake can be reached by bike or metro in 20min as well.
There are supermarkets and take-aways close by (like Netto, Konsum and a craft-backery, a nice Döner and asian-fast-food)

La ubicación es muy tranquila porque es una calle lateral con poco tráfico a Lützner-Straße. Altlindenau no es un barrio de fiesta de moda, pero aún así está a sólo 5 minutos en bicicleta de la hermosa Plagwitz en Karl-Heine-Straße con bares, clubes nocturnos, cines, vida en la calle y mucho más.
Hay mesas de ping-pong en un pequeño parque al lado y también tengo una paleta para ti :).
Si te gusta la naturaleza: el parque Schönauer, algo más grande, está cerca y desde aquí puedes dar un bonito y largo paseo por el campo (echa un vistazo al mapa tú mismo) y también se puede llegar a Kulkwitzer See en 20 minutos en bicicleta o tranvía.
A la vuelta de la esquina hay tiendas y bares (Netto, Konsum, una gran panadería artesanal, una buena tienda de kebabs y otra de comida asiática).

Sorry an Party-People: Das hier ist keine wilde Party-WG. Aber ich bin Freund von gemeinsamen WG-Kochen und Brettspielsessions und Kunst&Kultur. Nebenher spiele ich indische Tablas und mag Sport und Bewegung generell (Yoga. Schwimmen, Hiphoptanz, Joggen...ne Runde gemeinsam Tischtennis in den Parks neben an oder wandern am WE leg ich auch gerne ein. =)) Ich übe regelmäßig Achtsamkeitsmeditation und bin großer Fan von Psychologie, Scifi und Philosophie und Natur-fähigkeiten und -wissen.
Wir müssen nicht engste Freunde werden, aber ein Mindestmaß an Höflichkeiten, Wertschätzung und Smalltalk (Wie war der Tag? etc.) im Alltag ist mir wichtig. Ebenso eine wertschätzende und zugleich ehrliche Konfliktkultur.
Zur Sauberkeit:
Für die grundlegende Sauberkeit werde ich sorgen. Du solltest aber bereit sein, benutztes Geschirr selbst zu reinigen und am Ende das Zimmer intakt und so sauber wie am Anfang zu hinterlassen.
WICHTIG: Dies ist eine absolute NICHTRAUCHER-WG (d.h. auch E-Zigarettenverbot) und du solltest auch nicht draußen rauchen bzw. NICHT Nikotinabhängig oder Gelegentheitsraucher sein. 🚭 🚭🚭 Ich erwarte einen universell höflichen und friedlichen Umgang mit Menschen - insbesondere mit denen, deren politische Haltung du nicht sympathisierst.
Zum Mietverhältnis: Wir machen einen Untermietvertrag und ich stelle dir gerne eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung aus.

I am a psychologist, work in a clinic and I'm doing a training to become a psychotherapist. I've been in Leipzig for about 10 years and have lived in Portugal and Spain for 2 years in between. I'm relatively extroverted, nerdy, open to discussion and new experiences.
Sorry to party people: this is not a wild party flat share. But I'm a fan of shared cooking and board game sessions and art & culture. I also play Indian tablas and like sports and exercise in general (yoga. Swimming, hip hop dancing, jogging...I also like to play table tennis together in the parks next door or go hiking on weekends. =)) I regularly practice mindfulness meditation and am a big fan of psychology, scifi and philosophy and nature skills and knowledge.
We don't have to be the closest of friends, but a minimum level of politeness, appreciation and small talk (how was your day? etc.) in everyday life is important to me. The same goes for an appreciative and honest culture of conflict.
Cleanliness:
I will ensure basic cleanliness. However, you should be prepared to clean used dishes yourself and leave the room intact and as clean at the end as it was at the beginning.
IMPORTANT: This is an absolute NONSMOKERS-flat (Vaping also prohibited) - you should 🚭 🚭 🚭 NOT be addicted to tobacco or smoke occasionally. I expect you to show a universally peaceful behaviour and kindness towards all kind of people.
Regarding the tenancy: We'll sign a temporary subletting agreement and I'll be happy to issue you with a landlord's confirmation.

Soy psicólogo, trabjo en una clinica y estoy en el camino de volver me psicoterapeuta. Llevo unos 10 años en Leipzig y entre medias he vivido 2 años en Portugal y España. Soy relativamente extrovertida, empollona, abierta al debate y a nuevas experiencias.
Lo sentimos a la gente de fiesta: esto no es una fiesta salvaje piso compartido. Pero soy un fan de cocinar juntos y sesiones de juegos de mesa y el arte y la cultura. También toco tablas indias y me gusta el deporte y el ejercicio en general (yoga. Natación, baile hip hop, jogging...También me gusta jugar una ronda de tenis de mesa juntos en el parque de al lado o ir de excursión los fines de semana. =)) Practico regularmente la meditación mindfulness y soy un gran aficionado a la psicología, la ciencia ficción y la filosofía, así como a las habilidades y conocimientos sobre la naturaleza.
No hace falta que seamos los amigos más íntimos, pero un mínimo de cortesía, aprecio y charlas triviales (¿qué tal el día?, etc.) en la vida cotidiana es importante para mí. Lo mismo vale para una cultura del conflicto apreciativa y honesta.
Limpieza:
Yo me encargaré de la limpieza básica. Sin embargo, debes estar preparado para limpiar tú mismo los platos usados y dejar la habitación intacta y tan limpia al final como estaba al principio.
IMPORTANTE: Este es un piso compartido absolutamente NO FUMADOR (es decir, también prohibición de cigarrillos electrónicos) y tampoco debes fumar fuera o ser un adicto a la nicotina o fumador ocasional.
En cuanto al alquiler: firmaremos un contrato de subarriendo temporal y estaré encantado de entregarte una confirmación del propietario.
